    OBVI works great! I messed up my claim and had the repair done before contacting OBVI (didnt read instructions thoroughly lol). But they were very helpful. The receipt from the shop didnt have enough info, so they contacted the shop and got all the details. I got reimbursed for my repair cost in about 1 week. Would definitely recommend their services!

    I purchased a used vehicle from a dealership that doesnt offer extended warranty so I had to go out and find a company that will sell extended warranty. Obvi has the best coverage options and more inclusions than other companies I compared with.

    Got the elite plan and they would not cover things that they sayid in the plan they cover. So I canceled and Im out of luck for any of the money I put into it great extended warranty!

    Regarding the refund, the policy wasnt paid in full at inception and was financed over 24 months. At the time of cancellation (April of 2024), any refund was due payable first to the finance company since you had 11 of the initial 24 payments remaining. Therefore a pro rata refund of $1,256.39 was paid to the finance company.While the policy was only purchased in April of 2023 and effective until April of 2028, the 119,000KM driven 33 months impacts the return premium as per Section XVI Paragraph 2 - the pro-rata method reflecting the greater of the days in force or the mileage elapsed based on the term of the Policy.Regarding the comments of what is covered and not covered, we had explained to you recently (February of 2024) the difference between a failure and vehicle maintenance - specifically:  Failure will be deemed to have occurred when a covered part has worn beyond the manufacturers tolerances allowed for the particular vehicle at the odometer reading when the problem occurs. You had also inquired regarding the ** original warranty and how it would respond,here is the ** wording we shared: **** limited warranty covers any repair to correct a manufacturers defect in material or workmanship. Your leaking shocks/struts at the mileage and operating conditions reported are not a failure nor defect in material or workmanship.

    This is my second claim. I am sure glad that I chose this company. Cheaper than buying extended warranty from the dealership. I bought this for peace of mind and I am glad that I did. Obvi paid the claim quickly. Was basically hassle free. Check them out if you are looking to extend your vehicle warranty.

    The representative was courteous and helpful, making the sign up process clear and easy. Policy information and payment confirmation was provided promptly. Have not had a need to submit a claim at this point. There are several vendors out there, we decided to go with Obvi and am confident we made the right decision.
