All products must be returned in original (sealed or shrinkwrapped, as appropriate) within 14 days weeks of purchase and receiving. For purchases for Christmas between Nov 1 and December 24, the end date is extended to January 8. 

Defective or damaged items can be returned open for inspection and to determine most appropriate action to resolve the issues. Though preference is for in-store credit (electronic gift card) for replacement, exceptions for refunds can be arranged.
