    Radoncare was great, they communicated professionally, answered all my questions and did a fantastic job. Measurement was around a 100 Bq/m3 in our bedroom before the system and after a month now I'm measuring around 5-10 Bq/m3! Definitely would suggest measurement for your home and if needed getting the mitigation done by them!

    When dealing with staff to set up the project, all were courteous, professional and really knew their technical stuff!WhenNick the installer came on site, he was on time, clean and courteous. When I asked him questions, he was consistently patient and really knew the technical details. He was well experienced! The installation was clean and the work site was left in a very clean state.Overall and very good experience!

    One year ago, May 2024, RadonCare assessed Radon the level in our basement; it was 227Bq/m^3. The Radon mitigation system was professionally installed that May, sealing both sump pits and cracks in the floor pad and installing sub-slab extraction. After installation, Radon levels were measured during 2 periods; from May to June 2024 and November 2024 to May 2025. Basement radiation levels were reduced to 26 and 28Bq/m^3 respectively, well within the warranty limits and the ***'s recommendation of <100Bq/m^3. Well, done, certainly taking into account we have an older home built in 1977! I heartily recommend RadonCare's services.

    This company did everything rght! From first contact for preliminary info to post-project follow-up the communication has been outstanding. The technician that performed the mitigation work- ***** - did an outstanding job of the actual mitigation work - he did his work meticulously - quiet as possible, efficient and with a very high degree of cleanliness. He explained everything and was very informative. We had readings of 450 at times with normal levels being around 325 and within 24 hours it was down in the 30's and today's reading in my living room is 13. The system works beautifully - very quiet and very effective!I woukd highly recommend RadonCare to anyone needing radon mitigation - they are really the leaders in this field.
