Excellent follow-up calls from REMOVEDand REMOVEDin the office. The installers showed up in a timely manner; walked us through what to expect throughout the day; were meticulous both inside and outside of our home. They throughly cleaned all debris. 1 starWe contracted with REMOVEDof Rhode Island in the spring of 2021 to perform whole home insulation installation, During the initial phase of installation, the technicians drilled right into our main water drain line. At first they refused to correct the problem until I complained. Secondly, they blew the "fluff" type of insulation into our attic space where our upstairs furnace is located. In doing so the technicians completed cover the furnace and all air ducts causing insulation to not only get into the duct work but all into the furnace blower. After complaining about this they agreed to pay a subcontractor to clean our ducts and furnace. In January 2026, owing to the severe blizzard, we suffered significant water damage to our master bedroom, a second bedroom and our garage. Upon inspection by by our insurance adjuster and assigned remediation company, we discovered that REMOVEDdid not install ANY insulation throughout our home. In fact, we found that they purposely drilled holed in our studs and capped them off to give the appearance that insulation was installed when it wasn't. I view this as a breach of contract as well as fraud, I reported this matter to REMOVEDand submitted photo evidence. They admitted verbally that the work was not done correctly. They offered to return to fix the issue, but I refused because I would once again have no guarantee that they actually did the work, I've argued to demand a full refund. They refused this claiming that the work is out of warranty. I claim that since the work was never performed, there never was any warranty. I have subsequently filed a formal complaint with Rhode Island Contractors Registration and REMOVEDrequesting formal investigation. I aim to have their RI business license revoked if they will not refund my $$.USA Insulation of Rhode Island

5 starsOur home was built in 1949 and overlooks REMOVED. We have lived in it for over 20 years, and over that time, we had assorted upgrades and renovations that included updating the insulation. There was one area of the structure that had never been touched; the three of the 1st floor exterior walls and the REMOVEDends. We put out for bids for the insulation work; I got in contact with USA Insulation and met with REMOVED. He did a thorough walk-through of our home and we talked about current needs and future plans. Ultimately, we went with USA Insulation, and we are quite happy with the results! After just the first night, we already noticed a decrease in the noise! 5 starsI used REMOVEDInsulation for my sunroom and another room. I used to use my sunroom in the winter as a walk in REMOVEDwas great for the holidays but it cost me a lot of money in heat. So after some research I found this company and I wanted to give it a shot. I am so glad that I did! The first night after they came I notice that my furnace was not turning on as much as used to, and I don't hear all the commotion down on the main road!
