We take pride in delivering high-quality service. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of your cleaning, you must notify us within 24 hours of service completion so we can address the issue. Claims made after 24 hours will not be eligible for refunds or re-cleans. We reserve the right to inspect the reported issue before issuing any refund or correction. Refunds are not issued for areas that were inaccessible, cluttered, or altered after service. Normal wear and tear, permanent stains, and pre-existing damage are not considered service failures. If a re-clean is offered, it must be scheduled within a reasonable timeframe. Our goal is always to make things right—communication within that 24-hour window is key.
