Our records show that you enrolled as an IT WORKS! Perks Member. Your initial enrollment order shows Enrolled with Subscription. The only one-time order we have is for Retail accounts, where you pay the full retail price. You opted for the 3-month subscription, which entitles you to Perks members pricing rather than retail pricing.
To enroll as a Perks Member, you have the following options:
Purchase the one-time Perks Membership Fee at checkout, or
Commit to a 3-month Subscription, which waives the Membership Fee.
Please note that the IT WORKS! Perks Program is listed on our website at www.itworks.com/perks We have provided you with a prepaid shipping label for your September order.Please be sure to use that within 7 days. As soon as we receive the order, we will be happy to provide a refund. For more details on our return policy,please refer to *************************************************************************
