              I have never had a membership with this gym and my ex-wife used an old card, which is expired now, years ago. My card was supposedly removed yet this is the 2nd year fees have been taken from my account. I personally called last year to have my card removed and again now. I specifically told them I do not authorize use of my card yet they keep using it.

              Sorry, I could not leave a zero out of 5 for this review. BUYER BEWARE, if you cancel your membership with this company, they will steal $49 from your credit card account under the guise that you signed an agreement making you responsible for this fee ? Really that's how you want to run your business? The manager would not budge on returning the fee. I was told that when I cancelled there would be 1 month fee of $15 for 30 day notice, which I get and did not have a problem with. Now I am also responsible for a yearly service fee of $49 because of the timing of my cancellation. So beware everyone before signing an agreement with BS fees attached. I fail to see how this business model is sustainable. The manager obviously only cares about squeezing every penny from their clients when they leave, I was a client for over two years and this is my parting gift. Think twice before joining this scam operation. Never had any issues like this with planet fitness. Please go there for your fitness needs. They actually respect their clients.
