      High prices, seemed to be a lack of communication between teams. My installer was Walter and he was awesome very knowledgeable and easy to talk to . he made my shower and tub, beautiful

      Mad City did a great job with our Kitchen remodel. Their installers showed up on time every day, and they cleaned the workspace. A supervisor came onsite to check the work. They did have to order two drawers for our job, but they have been extremely communicative about the final two pieces. It looks wonderful, and it was not intrusive at all. (I personally don't like intrusive remodeling work).

      This company is horrible! I was looking for a bathroom remodel and they contacted me immediately. I said I needed a new subfloor, floor, and shower stall. The man on the phone said no problem. The salesman came and told me I was getting everything I wanted. We went under contract. Another guy came to draw the plans and he told me i wasn't getting a floor. And only part of the subfloor would be replaced. So I terminated the contract. They sent me a text asking me to call a number to finalize the termination. I called explained the problem and the woman I spoke to said " managers have to finalize the termination and give you back your deposit." So I had to make an appointment for a manager to come to my house. A man came and was trying to renegotiate with me and he was very pushy. I finally got it through to him if you're not doing the whole job you're not doing the job. So now hes gonna leave. I said wait what about my deposit? He said he doesn't know anything about it and he isn't a manager hes just there to try to save the sale. So I was lied to yet again. I never would've taken an appointment for them to try to renegotiate half the job I needed done. I dont recommend anyone do business with a shady company that lied to me no less then 3 different times.
