      I spent over $200 on five packages which contained important items such as cat food yesterday, today they have been delivered to the wrong house with photo evidence, not the first time this has occurred by far. They refuse to process a refund stating that the items could still be in transit, when there is photo evidence of delivery. They further refuse to process the refund stating I must wait several days. Then I receive an email stating my account is in violation of the terms of service because of too many refunds. So I should be punished for drivers of this company not knowing how to do their jobs? The only refunds processed on my account were because of drivers delivering to the wrong location so many times. I will no longer be a Prime member or use Amazon after this.

      My package was marked as delivered but I never received it. I followed Amazons instructions and filed a report with ******************** (GO# ***********). However, the police require a $100 fee to access the *** version of the report and Amazon refused to accept anything else or offer alternatives.I explained that I work full-time (8 AM to 8 PM), making it impossible for me to call the police during their hours. Amazon still denied me a refund, provided no compensation, and placed the full burden of investigation costs on me even though Im the victim.This is extremely unfair and unacceptable customer service, especially for such a large and trusted company. Ive shopped with Amazon for years but this experience has destroyed my confidence in their ability to protect ********* better, Amazon.

      If I could leave zero stars I would. I'm glad/sad that I am not alone. I remember Amazon being great. Now half the time you can find it cheaper elsewhere. I have ordered stuff on July 16th that still has yet to have any movement on. I've complained multiple times to Amazon. The last few months they have sent me the wrong things. As in ordering 40 lb and getting 25 lb bags. Sending stuff damaged and torn open bags. I am done doing business with amazon for life when I get this order straightened out. I have spent tens of thousands on Amazon which isn't a drop in the bucket of their worth but its a joke what they have become

      Paid over $100 for a product. Did not receive the product and every time I call the main customer service line which I spoke with on 4 different times (Breta, ********* Supervisor ****** (Supervisor) and Malya) was told that it would take 5-7 days to do a none received item refund. About a month latter issue is still not resolved. When I attempted to track the item it would tell me label created only. Never said sent or more. Amazon told me a month ago product is lost. Should not take this long to process a refund for the money I have spent. Per Malya, I needed to now wait tell tell the 28th of July to call back and request a refund due to a previous return label they created instead of just a refund. Malya confirmed that the item never arrived at my location. I requested Malya transfer me to a supervisor again. Transferred to ***** (supervisor) that shows it has not been delivered. He is cancelling the return label that ****** did last time and refunding again the card I bought it. He was only allowed to give a $9.99 credit max additional for all I have been through in this matter. This is beyond reticules in the amount I have went through for not receiving a item and they demand I return a item I never received to get a refund this entire time. I asked ***** how is that suppose to work in regards to return a item I never received for a refund. refund again done for 3 - 7 business day allege. Another lie and waiting.

      I ordered a cell phone from Amazon and I received a box that had no phone, I returned the box with all its contents. And Amazon won't refund me.

      So after waiting almost a month for my vevor honey extractor, today I got 2, 3 pack cereal containers!!!! And Amazon claims they can't send what I actually ordered because the only option they have it to refund it. So I have to wait another month for what I actually ordered! Ruining my harvest for this year!!! Even after speaking to a supervisor in returns, they would not make this mistake right!! Instead of the expensive honey extractor I ordered, im looking a plastic Tupperware!!!! I'm beyond livid and have lost approximately $1,200 from their mistake!!! The vox I have is half the size of what it should be for what I ordered!! This was a costly mistake that they sure aren't taking accountability for! I'm sorry does not cut it!! This huge mistake isn't costing them anywhere near what it has cost me! Unbelievable but true! And I sure wish I could order feom someplace else, because they'd lose a customer today! But living on an island, I don't have much choice! Some accountability would be greatly appreciated because sorry doesn't pay the bills!!!!!

      Awful. Have had packages stolen, lost, and damaged. Drivers carry tazers apparently. One driver in an AMAZON VAN tazed my neighbors dog. Amazon *****. Its more convenient to take the drive to the store now than it is to order from this wretched place

      A few years back, and this happened multiple times, I had to contact Amazon about service from their app and stuff I bought. Either the coders who programmed the app, or local hackers, or some other source and method, made it so I could not find their phone number anywhere to resolve my issues. I believe there is a consumer protection law that says if you sell a product or service, you need to be able to be contacted by post office, phone, or email by a customer if they have an issue.

      They definitely scam people. You pay for product....do not receive it....and there is NOTHING you can do about it. You may think there is something you can do....but in the end....NO! I told them to keep both the product and my money. As well....I sent their company $20.00 EXTRA....seeing that they are hurting for money. ??
