1 starTaken over a year so far to do a basic window installation, and still haven't finished it according to the original contract. Have intentionally lied to me about appointment scheduling and production timelines multiple times. Now they are leaving me messages trying to sell me *MORE WINDOWS* without even finishing the job I paid for last February. Have repeatedly had calls from my end ignored/hung up on when calling the public corporate number, and calling direct lines often reaches someone but those people will lie to me about scheduling or just forget to actually do/report any of what they tell me they'll do.I would never wish this company's communication and reliability standards on my worst enemy.
