  Absolutely Disappointed False Promises and Deceptive Marketing:I strongly caution anyone considering JKR Windows. Their marketing claims of lifetime window replacement are completely misleading. After years of dealing with an issue and following all their so-called procedures, they strung me along with promises to replace the faulty **********, after wasting my time and patience, theyve completely backed outtelling me its not their responsibility and that I need to take it up with the manufacturer. This directly contradicts everything they advertised and told me upfront.Their lifetime guarantee is a lie, and their customer service has been nothing but evasive. It feels like a bait-and-switch operation. I regret ever trusting them with my home. Be warnedthese guys are not who they claim to be.

  Deceptive Sales Practices and Withholding Contract Information I am filing this complaint to report deceptive sales tactics and unethical contract practices by JKR Windows. On May 2nd 2025, two sales representatives from the *** Windows visited my residence to present window replacement promotions. After their presentation, I expressed interest and was provided with a quote. The salesperson requested an e-signature via DocuSign and a deposit of $1,100 to "lock in the price."I was never provided with a copy of the signed contract, either digitally or in print. At no point during or after the signing did the salesperson mention the three-day right of rescission, which is required under both state and federal consumer protection laws for in-home ******** the time I realized I did not have a copy of the contract and attempted to cancel, the three-day rescission window had passedthrough no fault of my own, as I was never received the signed ************ the company is refusing to refund my deposit and charging me 50% of the total order, claiming an order was placed. This is unacceptable given the lack of transparency and the fact that I was not fully informed of the terms before or after signing.Key Issues:Never received a copy of the e-signed contract (a legal requirement).Was not informed of the three-day rescission period.High-pressure sales tactics at my home.Being charged 50% for a service I attempted to cancel once I learned the full terms.Resolution Sought:Full refund of my $1,100 deposit.Immediate cancellation of any remaining charges.Public acknowledgment of the unethical sales practices.Clearer procedures to ensure future customers receive contracts and are properly informed of their legal rights.

  We have 2 do not solitaire signs by our doorbell and yet the 2 pushy salesmen rang the doorbell to alert us we had a visitor. One young man did all the talking. So convincing. No badges, no city license and left us very skeptical! He said he had a business card on line. When I pulled it up there was no information on it. With research I did find several comments, mostly negative. JKR windows isnt a company Id give my time nor money to. ***** And *** *****

  Horrible customer service during the installation, they ended up breaking a window and installed it anyway, I still have not heard when they will replace the broken window. Don't waste your time or money with this company.

  Review: Unacceptable Window Replacement Experience - 3 Years to Complete a JobMy window and patio door replacement project, which began in 2022, was finally completed in July 2025 a staggering three years later. This review will be short, as the process itself was agonizingly long and frustrating.We paid half of the contract upfront, including for a patio door your salesman strongly recommended, citing significant energy loss. We understood the initial 6-month wait for the windows due to supply chain issues (my husband owns a construction company).However, upon the first installation attempt, one window arrived broken, and the patio door was the wrong size. We were told a new door would be reordered, and we'd be contacted for installation.Months passed with zero communication from your company. When we finally called, we were shockingly told the door had been installed and that we owed the remaining balance. This was a blatant falsehood; the door was not installed and, as we later discovered, had never even been ordered.This cycle of incompetence repeated itself: another measurement, another promise of an order, followed by months of silence, and then the revelation that the door was, yet again, never ordered. We eventually gave up ***********, after countless phone calls, repeated false promises, and a job that dragged on for three years due to your company's repeated failures to order and install a critical component, you demand full *********** much money did I lose over these three years, waiting for the patio door that your salesman assured me would save me so much on energy bills? The prolonged delay and lack of accountability are simply unacceptable. This experience has been a profound disappointment and a significant waste of my time and money.

  On feb 3 , 2025 your company installed a new patio door and new windows around my house. Unfortunately,I am not pleased with the outcome of the work done.A great number of things were poorly that i would like to be fixed at your earliest convenience.patio door is not the door I ordered it is smaller.therefore the workers added wood fillers.The patio screen door is flimsy and barely locks. two windows do not lock and the screen is loose.two windows installed are to low the bottom is scratching the frame.I wonder about the price now. I SENT PICTURES OF EVERYTHING nobody has come to fix anything.the hallway window insulation in the glass is not correct. the bathroom window does not raise open all the way.

  I am really disappointed that I chose JKR Windows to replace old pre-existing windows. When you make a large purchase such as windows, you would expect quality work. I have experienced more leaks and drafts with the replacements than before. The majority of windows work and look good, but the job as a whole is very sloppy. Permanent messes were left behind and the window surroundings, interior and exterior, are filled in with unpleasant finish work. More caulking or lick and stick flashing for an incorrect measured and fitted window. Do yourself a favor and do not use this company.

  I ordered my windows January of 2025 by the beginning of March. They were already installed. The installers really went above and beyond to make my house look amazing. I would 100% recommend jkr Windows to anyone looking for a high quality product at a very reasonable price. Their installers are extremely knowledgeable and took the time to make sure that you're happy before they left.

  While we are very pleased with our windows, we were unfortunately victim to a bait and switch on the terms of our financing. We were told that we were getting a special 0% interest deal for being a "show home" being the first in our neighborhood to buy our windows from them. We were repeatedly told that we would be getting a 0% interest deal and it was also confirmed by ************** when their representative was on the phone with them applying for our financing. When it came time to sign i asked that it be put in writing because on the contract it said 9.99%, I was assured he would fix it but was just unable to at that exact moment because everything was don't digitally on a tablet. Well months later we see on our bill that we are indeed being charged this interest and the company is not willing to do anything to help us. I signed a contract, true, under the condition it was added that we would be getting the deal we agreed to. This is an absolute bait and switch to get a sale and I am beyond disappointed in this company for how we were treated.

  *** has been so easy to work with and has been very helpful. The salesman has given me his number and I can reach out to him anytime with any questions I have.
