      We had Terminix come to our house and they installed a Sentricon system that went well. Then they was to come back and do an exclusion to our house that would keep everything out, and thats where it goes horribly wrong. The representative that came and sold the exclusion had a brochure explaining what would be done and he said they would seal what areas needed it and fix our vents on our crawl space, they show a nice black vent in the ************** false advertising at its best. Well they came out and caulked and it looks horrible, but they said thats how they do it. Our house is rocked not brick. The fix for our vents was to s**** screen wire to the outside of our rock and they said Thats the way they do it. We told them no. After several more techs coming out to finish they never finish because they didnt have the right type of materials or tools. Then they was going to wire screen to the outside of existing vents, I told them that would not let me open and close the vents and they said well we will cut a hole in the screen. Its suppose to be a exclusion! Told them that wont work. So here we are 2 months after this exclusion started and I was told today that what was spelled out in the exclusion was Terminix would fix the vents not replace and when we want them to come back, for the 8th or 9th time they will put screen on our vents like they tried to earlier .but yet they show pictures of a nice black vent on the outside of your house when selling it to you. False advertising! So for a little bit of caulking and new crawl space door cost $1800.00 And to top that off they was supposed to take out the amount on our credit card when the exclusion was finished.. but it was taking out the very next day after we agreeed to do the exclusion and its still not done and was told today Thats how they fix things. DO NOT use Terminix for anything!! Unless you want to be lied to and nothing done like they sell it Total miss advertising! BEWARE!!***** T

      Treated the property with payments automatically deducted. I closed the bank account a few months before the contract expired & paid the balance off in full when they came because I had more suspicious termite activity. I was told it was not termites & they told me there were signs of rodents in the attic & tried to sell me an expensive plan which I denied. I had someone else look in the attic who said there was nothing there like Terminix had told me. Terminix kept trying to deduct payments from the closed account even though I had paid the contract off in full. I had Terminix come out again before the contract expired because of the same suspicious termite activity & this time they told me, without going into the attic, that there was a mold problem in the ************ wanted to do some expensive construction work. I would never use this company again and I would not recommend them because I do not think they are reputable.

      Zero stars. Paid a crazy amount to not fix the issue. Had them back twice since initial bat removal and clean out. They didn't seal every area they could get in. Lazy sloppy work not worth the money. They broke my bathroom exhaust and told me they would reimburse me parts and labor. I have contacted 3 people and still waiting 3 months later. 1 year warranty for work is worthless when it hasn't even been 3 months and they've been back twice for bats. Do not use them

      Don't use this service. I spent $375.00, still have bugs. A serviceperson came twice, did not spray and the company charged me for a visit. They said they would give me a free spray and a $50.00 credit but they did not. I cancelled the service but they said they did not get the call. They continued to charge me. I have to cancel my credit card. I spent hours and hours on the phone and got nothing. They owe me $115.00 and have done nothing. You call and you talk to a different person every time.They all tell you that they will fix it but they never do anything.

      I fulfilled my one-year contract (pd in full) with TERMINIX of ******, ** & decided not to renew. I didn't receive anything asking me to renew the contract or any invoices stating I owed X amount of dollars for anything. On 7-7-2025 I received a letter from a debt collector from ********** on behalf of TERMINIX stating I owed $971.10 for services that were never provided. When I call Terminix for an explanation I get the run around & they refer me to their scammer debt collector. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH TERMINIX OF ******, ****!!!

There are no notes indicating that you requested to cancel your service at the end of your first year contract. If a cancellation is not requested, the contract auto renews around the same time the original contract was signed. In your case that would have been April 2025.       The ***** are I did not receive an email or invoice stating I owed Terminix of Dayton anything! The account went directly to collections. When I called Terminix of Dayton to speak with the termite or regional manager I got the run around & was denied the ability to speak with them for an explanation or to resolve this matter. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH TERMINIX OF DAYTON!!!

      0 star is even too much. We purchased a one payment plan of $282.42/30 day guarantee. When the technician came for the first visit he was suggesting to switch to a monthly plan and to go direct to him instead of going to the proper channel through his office. He further reiterated that his office will charge more but with him h*** give me a discount and hes doing me a favor. I thought that sounded sketchy and dishonest. After 3 more service before the 30 days is up and hassles of having to be out of the house for 2 hours which is a great inconvenience for the seniors who lives with me. , we are still living with the infestations of roaches and worst than ever. So what service did I pay for which is lot of money living on social security. And why do Terminix offer a one payment plan only to be swayed to switch a monthly plan on top of the $282.42 which I cant afford. Im left thinking they will make sure that the one payment basic plan will not work. I wrote an email to the general manager asking for a refund. Im still waiting for a response. I will not stop here I will contact the CEO of Terminix and write a review in every social media platform in detail of unsatisfactory service of Terminix until my complaint is resolved.

      First we smelled something dead in our attic. He was afraid of heights. And he found racoon poo cleaned it out . Didn't go any further in attic 1800 sq ft. There was another opening. He didn't even check . Handed us 2 bags of poo to throw away then we n helped him put his feet on ladder. ****** for that. Then he did find a couple of entries and a rotten board . Sending someone next week to fix for another 2000 00 I wouldn't recommend them because they do not do a thorough inspection. And. Harge a arm and a leg. But it's ****** the rip off town.

      Inexcusable Service from Local Terminix Office – Beware
      I normally give companies every opportunity to make things right, but after countless broken promises and utter disregard for customer service, I have to speak up. My experience with my local Terminix office has been beyond disappointing—it’s been outright infuriating.
      For weeks now, I’ve been given the absolute runaround. Scheduled appointments? Repeatedly missed. No-shows without the courtesy of a call or even a basic explanation. It’s not just a one-off error—it’s a clear pattern of negligence and total lack of accountability.
      Even worse is the complete radio silence from management. I’ve made multiple attempts to reach someone who could take ownership or at least offer some form of apology. Instead? My voicemails and calls go unanswered, time after time. The lack of professionalism is staggering.
      This is not just about a scheduling issue—it’s about a company that clearly doesn’t value its customers. If you’re considering Terminix for any service, think twice. There are far too many other providers out there who understand that time, trust, and communication still matter. I wouldn’t recommend this company for anything, under any circumstance.

      Dont use them for pest service. Their technicians are lazy. Dont want to do their job. They sales persons says one thing but when the actual technician comes he doesnt want to do things. When you try to cancel the contract they want me to pay for the whole year. Wanted to hold on to the agreement for the money but not for the services they agreed to provide. Please dont use them.
