      Impossible to pay bills as their system is broken and support team refuses to resolve the issue, and keeps closing the ticket instead of looking into the error. Honestly a disgrace of a business, I can't believe ***** uses them.

      Horrible! They deserve ZERO star, but this site forces me to give them at least 1 star. INSTAMED closed my complaint documented in email exchange without resolving the issue TWICE. They cannot supply my provider proof of payment, and how BASIC is that? I wish there is a way to warn others not to pay bills thru INSTAMED. I have also wasted too much time on the phone with them already. Now, to protect my credit standing, I am forced to pay my provider a second time. Rest assured, this will reach the ears of my company's management. INSTAMED is useless and fails to make life easier.

      Terrible company! Paid my invoice over a week ago and now my drs office is calling to say they haven't received payment. Contacted Instamed and was told "We are not authorized to make account adjustments or confirm billing activity.".

      I am currently on the phone with their worthless customer service dept. I paid over 3,000 in bills well over a month ago, and I am still receiving the bills from the doctors. So apparently they have had my 3,000 for over a month and have not remitted any payments. This is a complete scam, and now I have to see about going through my bank to get this resolved. Unbelievable.

      Took my payment for an in-network ER visit in June 2022. Just received a letter from the hospital that my debt has been sent to collections, they never received payment from InstaMed.

      I suddenly have two bills from instamed who I have never had to pay before.
      However they do not even tell me what the bills are for.
      Despite this I tried to pay them off.
      The next day the money was returned unpaid saying they could not locate my account.
      Is this company legit? Regardless it is completely hopeless company.
      Do not know whether to just ignore them because they appear crazy.

      I am a physician trying to speak to some one to resolve an issur and when it gets complex they hang up...
      This has happened at least 25 times I am tired and would suggest RUN from this messed up company

      I tried paying copayments using InstaMed but my provider never received them. I ended up being double charged for my copayments.

      Signed up for Instamed to receive payments from insurance for a private practice. It's never worked correctly in the year and a half we've used it. NOTHING in the portal works. It is highly user-unfriendly. They send you an email saying you have a payment but nothing is there when you go to view it. It's completely useless.

      Please do a favor and stay away from Instamed. I had credit card payments made by our patients and were accepted on Instamed portal. These payments were supposed to get deposited into my Chase (JP Morgan) checking account. I checked with the bank and these payments have not posted into my bank account. I called Instamed Customer Support and all they did was open a ticket and handed over a case number to me and no follow ups. They have no valid explanation to give me why the funds are not in my bank account when it clearly shows the payments settled on the Instamed portal.
