I honestly dont get why ABILITY RECOVERY SERVI is reporting this debt under my name because I dont owe them anything. I never signed anything with them, and when I asked for a copy of the original application, they didnt even bother to provide it. Its frustrating because this is hurting my credit for no reason, and its just not fair. How can they just put something on my report without any proof?Account No: ******* Amount Disputed: $1400Business Response

Someone claiming to be a process server has called me at my place of employment threatening to come and serve paperwork. I told her to do whatever she feels she has to do, but the calls at my job will stop. Of course, she continued to call. She left the phone number of the 'legally authorized party' and it's this ARS. I don't know who they claim I owe, but I am sure it's some old debt from years ago that they have purchased. I have never received any documentation of whatever this debt is that they claim I owe. All I have is threatening phone calls at my job. I want the calls to stop and I want them to not contact me again about this bogus debt.Business Response
