    Unfortunately, I do not know the name of the crew chief. He dealt with my elderly husband. He spent a lot of time ringing our doorbell, asking to use the restroom and asking for sodas for the crew. He made the comment that he knew we had lots of money in the house. He convinced my husband that my flower beds needed weeding and treated with a weed inhibitor. We paid over $2000 for the service. They pulled some of my flowers and left some of the weeds. Now weeds are growing back because they did not use an inhibitor and they did not pull the weeds out by the root.

Unfortunately I have not received any word in regards to this issue had you called the office and talk to me I would have made things right from GetGo. If you can remember any of the crews names or maybe your location can help me verify which crew we are talking about either or I'd like to make things right with you please call my office and speak to me ************ so that I can make things right again I wish you would have just called me I could have resolved this prior to this bad review

    I almost didn't hire this crew because of the couple of bad reviews here. However, Tyler "assured" me that they have a new crew and the past problems have been worked out. The bottom line is that they did a "FANTASTIC" job. Two trees trimmed, ALL debris removed, and they even cut me a few slabs from one of the larger logs as I requested. Will have no problem using them in future.

    Well I had them trim back some bushes for me . What I payed them. They should have done a better job. Anyway I ended up leveling the top of my bush line . And they could have done a better job cleaning up the mess . One guy just used a leave blower to hide the mess. I had to rake it out of there myself. And the excuse he gave my wife about the top of the bushes was some bull crap about a code .why did I pay for this to have to finish the job . Man I which I was home when they were here working

    This is Tracie the owner. I really wish you had called me so I could've resolved this issue. I have several crews and definitely need to get to the bottom of this matter. Who are we dealing with? I definitely want to make this right just let me know who's crew it was and I'll come up with a solution to make you feel better about my company. I DO NOT tolerate this kind of work from any of my employees. My number is ********** or we can communicate through here as well
