    Was visited by Tyler today Aug 28, 2025 in Troy, Ohio, he knocked on the door but I was not up yet. Tyler left one of your card stock flyers tucked into my vehicle driver's side window underneath the rubber seal. It just happen to rain later this morning. When I came out to run an errand in the evening, I found the card flyer stuck to my window. I peeled it off but part of it is still stuck under the seal and on the window!! To say that I am completely hacked off, is putting it mildly. Now I am having to go to my mechanic to get it off and out from under the seal. Why he didn't leave the flyer in the storm door and frame of the house is beyond me. I expect to be re-imbursed for having to have the paper removed and you had better hope it doesn't interfere with my power window!! Tyler needs to trained better on how to leave flyers with potential clients. I can gaurantee that I will NOT ever be a client!!

    Unfortunately, I do not know the name of the crew chief. He dealt with my elderly husband. He spent a lot of time ringing our doorbell, asking to use the restroom and asking for sodas for the crew. He made the comment that he knew we had lots of money in the house. He convinced my husband that my flower beds needed weeding and treated with a weed inhibitor. We paid over $2000 for the service. They pulled some of my flowers and left some of the weeds. Now weeds are growing back because they did not use an inhibitor and they did not pull the weeds out by the root.

If you can remember any of the crews names or maybe your location can help me verify which crew we are talking about either or I'd like to make things right with you please call my office and speak to me ************ so that I can make things right again I wish you would have just called me I could have resolved this prior to this bad review
