      After researching data recovery services for several months and then waiting a full year before I decided to have my hard drive restored, I turned to Secure Data Recovery to do the job. And what an excellent repair job it has been.When searching for the best and most affordable data recovery service; I compared prices, repair time frames and took into consideration the customer service I had received when I compared services from 5 different data recovery service companies. As many people do, I took my time trying to find the best company to repair my hard drive, as I was unfamiliar with the idea of having a hard drive repaired. And of course, I debated whether or not it was worth doing at all, yet in the end having the data from my damaged hard drive restored was worth every *****. When I conducted my initial research into data recovery services, I spoke with **************** Representative ******************, and even after one year had passed, Mr. ********* was still working at Secure Data Recovery and was able to assist me with my hard drive recovery.To make a long story short, today I am writing to submit a review of the services I received from Secure Data Recovery and their team. The first thing I should mention is that the customer service at this company is very professional, and all of my questions or concerns were met with clear and easy to understand answers and resolutions.Also, the time that it took to complete a full recovery of my damaged hard drive was far shorter than expected, and the contents of my damaged hard drive were restored in just two days. Again, a much shorter time than I originally anticipated. The contents of my damaged hard drive were then transferred onto a new hard drive that was formatted specifically to my computer.I would highly recommend Secure Data Recovery for hard drive repair for professional business data recovery as well as data recovery of personal hard drives.       Had a VERY positive experience with Secure Data Recovery Services from start to finish. The price was reasonable the time to complete was less than expected and the individual ***** who I worked with was very professional. Five stars for sure.

      I lost my data from my external drive and I couldn't find a way to obtain my lost information. I found Secure Data Recovery via online search and they appeared to be a reputable company specializing in recovering data from external drives. The service rep was very helpful and walked me through every step of the process. He had followed up with me multiple times and after a few simple steps, Secure Data was able to recover my lost information and 100% of my data was successfully recovered.

      My Iphone 6 screen went blank. I had it replaced and found out the motherboard was damaged. I have over **** pictures on it and of course no backup. Drove 2 hours to the Apple Store and they wouldn't touch it. I found Secure Data Recovery and **** was so professional and quickly emailed me back every time I had a question. After receiving confirmation that they could retrieve all my data, it only took a couple of days before it was on it's way from ****** It's scheduled to be delivered tomorrow. So thankful to ****!

      I've worked with Secure Data twice now to recover a crashed flash drive with contents that were essential to my job/career.
