      ******************************* is an awesome guy! My external crapped out on me with very important information and ******************** advised me not to worry. I was like are you kidding me! ***''t worry? This company Secure Data Recovery, ******************** and the workers that fixed me up by extracting the data on the bad external and replacing it with a new external along with the data stored and it worked like a Champ! ******************** was very calm, professional and keep me in the loop at all times. Kuddos to all you guys out there! This company Rocks! Thank you all for everything and I highly recommend Secure Data Recovery Service to you all out there that need there external hard drive replaced.

      Firmware died on my WD USB hard drive. ********************* at Secure Data Recovery ably managed this process and helped with a quick turnaround time. Would recommend.

      I had a 4 disk raid that had one drive fail. Unfortunately the raid type was a little more difficult to recover. I took it to geek squad and they couldnt help me. After a quick ****** search and a phone call I discovered secure data would be the right people for the job. Within minutes they had all the notes on my issue and I had a packing slip in hand. The communication with my account rep ***** was amazing. They were able to do a full recovery on my raid. I am very thankful for their services and will use them if needed again. Hopefully I wont ??

      I worked with ****** to recover data from my father in law's external disk drive that was many years old. He did a great job walking me through the process and was very responsive to my questions via email and on the phone. My data was recovered and is already in the mail back to me. Great job ******!       Very good customer service, very fast responses, knowledgeable and especially patient to all my uneducated questions. Depending on the issue with the ** and related solutions, the price might surprise you. However, it seems possible to negotiate some discount.

      If you use external hard drives at some point it is going to crash on you. When that happens, call SecureData Recovery. They will take a look at it and will tell you in a few short days what they can do with the particular drive. These guys were able to recover almost the entire drive. The sensitive data I was needing was all recovered! ********** and SecureData were extremely helpful and very patient with my situation. I will recommend this company for any data recovery needed by friends or colleagues. Dont hesitate! Call them!

      I lost my data from my external drive and I couldn't find a way to obtain my lost information. I found Secure Data Recovery via a recommendation from a local IT shop. The Secure ************ rep was very helpful and walked me through every step of the process, and it looks like I will be able to recover all of my data.
