  *************************** was extremely helpful and accommodated requests associated with the service. He was fast with his responses and attentive to his customers needs. They worked with our non-profit to make sure we got nearly all of our data back. We only lost 16 files out of the thousands on the drive! Would definitely use them again, but hope I never have to!

  I reached out to Secure Data Recovery for a second evaluation of my drive and decided to proceed with the full service. From the start ***** was very detailed and updated me throughout the recovery process. I chose the standard service and was expecting to received the notification of completion after a few weeks but it was worked on and shipped back in less than three weeks after they received it. Almost everything was recovered without damage. This was the first time I had issues with an external driver, and was a bit surprised about the cost of recovery but the data saved is too important for me to lose it. I would definitely recommend and request their services if ever needed again.

  ***** over at Secure Data Recovery was not only super professional but also very friendly. Took care of my needs with one phone call and only a couple of emails, no hassle whatsoever. On top of it my files were recovered not in the estimated 3 weeks but in one week!! Highly recommend their services!!

  My NAS stopped booting up all of sudden. Multiple HDDs were configured in RAID0 and data extraction was challenging. I reached SDRS and ***** promptly processed the case with clarity and transparency. The data was successfully recovered. I highly recommend ****.

  I reached out to 3 different data recovery services and decided to go with Secure Data Recovery. I initially spoke to ***** who explained where the clean room is located, the process of getting my hard drive to the clean room, and a price range of what it would cost to pull the data off the drive and send it back. Since this wasn't something paid for by a big company, I was mainly making my decision based on cost, however, ***** was very helpful from start to finish. I even had trouble finding all the files once I received the external memory stick and he emailed me back within 5 minutes directing me where to look for the files. I had a great experience and definitely recommend this company and ***** for anyone who has lost data on their computer. It was a lifesaver!
