      As a college student, I don't have much money to spare, so I was particularly devastated to find out recovering the data on the $50 external hard drive I bought would cost $2.3k. When I told the person who was helping me *****************************, that I couldn't pay the price, he was able to get the price lowered and offered to put me on a payment plan. Unfortunately, using their preferred method for a payment plan didn't work out, but ******** was determined to help me and offered another solution. Every time I had a problem on my end, ******** was quick to respond with no judgment, even if some of my problems or questions were idiotic. I'm an artist, and the majority of my files on my drive are art. I was told the damage on my hard drive was severe, and there wasn't a guarantee that it could be saved. However the team worked diligently to recover my data and even though I wasn't top priority managed to save the majority of it within no time at all.

      We had an external hard drive that failed upon a Restore request and ***** was very helpful and service was prompt and he provided great explanations and links for a less than tech-savvy bookkeeper.       Extraordinary service!I had a major hard drive failure on a laptop containing vital historical client files. I contacted Secure Data Recovery and talked with *************************** who walked me through the process of getting the hard drive sent to them to attempt the recovery of the information. I sent the hard drive to SDR on a Wednesday and the following Tuesday I was back in business. *****, thank you and the data recovery team, for your extraordinary efforts.

      Successfully recovered all of the data from 2 broken external hard drives. They were easy to work with and very prompt. Makes the extremely high cost worth it! Again, be wary of the cost, in the thousands of dollars to do 2 external hard drives.

      My name is *******************************. I am a mother, grandmother, great grandmother and the wife. I have a data drive with thousands of pictures on it dating back 6, 7, or 8 years.I purchased a new computer and for some reason it stopped working. I was desperate I tried everything ******* had to offer. I even called the manufacturer Western Digital. They gave me Secure Data Recovery and told me that they trusted them.When I contacted Secure Data Recovery , ********************* replied right away. When I sent my external drive and found out how much it would cost to repair, I was devastated. **** was more than willing to work with me so that I might get my memories back. This meant more to me than he will ever know. If you have digital memories or any digital files that are corrupted. I strongly suggest contacting Secure Data Recovery.

      After a system update, my client experienced a catastrophic hard drive failure. While most of the drive was automatically backed up to the cloud, the one folder containing all the business's tax records and decades of sales, customer, and inventory data was not. Despite attempts by a local business to recover the data, it proved futile. Thankfully, they recommended Secure Data Recovery. Choosing them was the best decision we made. They successfully recovered all the lost files and even coordinated with the software company to ensure the files were operational. Our service representative, ****, was exceptional throughout the process, keeping us updated and informed. While the recovery wasn't cheap, it was certainly more affordable than the daunting task of rebuilding decades' worth of paper files. My only regret is not bypassing the local business and sending the drive to Secure Data Recovery right away.
