      They were quick to answer for costumer service and gave real help in answering questions and fixing my issues. **** worked quick on emailing any updates on my Drive and was successful in recovering all my lost Data. If you have an old drive in need for a repair, this is the place you should seek.

      Secure Data Recovery Services was able to retrieve data from an important flash drive for me.       Quick and professional service. The drive I presented was "messed with" prior to sending to Secure Data Recovery so I didn't have much hope. They confirmed drive was bad. I would/will use them if needed in the future. Highly recommend.

      I had a good interaction with Secure Data Recovery Services. I had a Surface Pro computer fizzle out and memory chip is soldered in to that thing. So not an easy job to recover data. Looks like Secure Data Recovery recovered all my data off the computer, which is amazing. Their customer service is also good. Extremely nice people to speak with, which you get connected with after you drop your computer off for service. Removing one star for a couple reasons. It took a bit of digging for me to figure out that the local location for Secure Data Recovery Services was actually another business that was essentially the drop off site. Thus I didn't understand initially that my computer would be shipped offsite, and although they have a representative that you can call and email who is prompt to get back to you, it's hard to know what's going on. I also don't yet have my data to confirm that all the files are complete, but it looks like it's all there from the list of files they showed me. I'm waiting for the data to be shipped back to me. And finally I will say it was an expensive service, so hopefully you read this and backup your data and don't make the same mistake that I did.

      I'm a semi-professional guitarist with a home studio and have decades of recordings of my own songs as well as collaborations with friends. I recently bought a backup drive since I had never done anything to protect years and years of music files. In the process of partitioning the new drive I made a mistake and deleted it. My heart stopped when I realized I had carelessly deleted the wrong drive. All my song files were gone. I contacted Secure Data Recovery and spoke with *************************** who helped me from the beginning. I was sent a prepaid label immediately, with a no charge guarantee to examine the drive to see what the status was...It was determined they could do a partial restoration, and given a listing of the files they found. Totally worth the reasonable cost, it was completed in a few days.       They recovered ALL of my data, couldnt have been easier to work with, and my account representative went above and beyond. This is the one and only place I would recommend for anyone looking into data recovery!After my year old iPhone 12 mini died with no warning, and ***** told me it was impossible to recover my data that wasnt backed up I was heartbroken. I had lost a years worth of photos, including graduation pictures and pictures and videos of my dog that had passed away.
