      After being told that our hard drive could not be recovered, we were at a loss and ready to throw in the towel. We were told by some friends to contact a company that specializes in recovering data from hard drives, we reached out to Secure Data. *************************** answered the phone and explained to us what they can do. ***** was prompt, courteous, and KIND. He continually kept us in the loop, he would reach out to us by email and/or phone if not once but at least twice a day with updates. The information on the hard drive was a loss but not a total loss, Secure Data was able to save the most important data for our company and to allow us to continue to function. Because we are a small business here in **********, they were able to work with us on the cost to extract the information. EXCELLENT customer service to us from ***** and ********************** Data, they ROCKED!

      A USB broke and as frustrating as it was, **** and Secure Date was able to fix it. **** was very helpful along the way, keeping me updated through out the platform. Communication was definitely 5 stars. While I hope no one has this happen to their data, I would recommend Secure Data.

      My experience with Secure Data Recovery Services were excellent. I had hundreds of gigabytes of very personal data, pictures, and life events on an old external hard drive and I thought for sure it was not going to be recovered. ********************* was integral every step of the way throughout the process of recovering nearly all of my data. I can't say enough about the quality of this company and ****'s personal communication regarding the diagnosis, work, cost breakdown, etc...Thank you very much for restoring so much of my life's history.
