      After trying a few other locations that said my M.2 SSD drive was dead after receiving an error upon start up, I was advised to try Secure Data Recovery and I am extremely glad I did. They were very professional, prompt and kept me in the loop of the whole process. I sent my drive in and within the next day or so, I had an update they figured out what the issue was with my drive and walked me through my next steps and within days, I had my new drive uploaded with my data recovered and saved! Nearly 20 years worth of data was on my drive which I had some backed up and Secure Data Recovery and *************************** had saved me and my data! I could not have been more pleased with their prompt service and expertise with my family photos, files and personal documents and all my documents and photos for work as well. I highly recommend anyone if you are needing data recovery services, go nowhere than here, Secure Data Recovery! You will not be more satisfied and happier than here!

      I had a ******* a53 malfunction not allowing to operate it and more importantly get the photos we had on it back. We dug around online and found secure data recovery and reached out. Our agent was very straightforward and quick to answer any questions we had since we have never had to handle anything like this before. The process was quick and easy and if i had anything like this happen again i would definitely return and recommend them to anyone needing data recovery serives.

      *************************** and crew at SDR have earned the "tip of the cap" from me for sure. I had a complete server storage failure due to a wild power event that wiped out my 24TB UNRAID array (of which about 15TB was utilized). I had a backup from 2021, however I was still set to lose approximately 7TB of personal data (pictures, videos, etc.) forever. Upon reaching out to SDR after the server meltdown, I got transferred to ****, and it was refreshing to talk to a human that understood the type of setup I had and that not all was lost (I''ve had more than one conversation during this ordeal with folks that just flat out did not understand what I had lost and what was at stake). **** frequently updated me on the process and even offered me some pointers for the future so as to not have to go through this again (which I''ve already implemented, so thanks ****!). SDR finished ahead of schedule and achieved 100% recovery of my data. I will not hesitate to refer SDR to anyone needing data recovery services in the future.

      I had a SD card corrupt while transferring footage from a live event that I shot for a client and obviously couldnt reshoot.. Thankfully Secure Data Recovery was able to save the day by restoring all the footage that I was afraid was lost forever. The process was quick, and completed even sooner than promised and I was able to still complete my project on time for my clients.****** was super helpful with the customer service side as well with great communication and response times.       Secure Data played a crucial role in helping me recover approximately six years' worth of family photos. I experienced a crash on both of my identical hard drives, one of which served as a backup. They promptly assessed both drives and provided me with clear estimates for each.       My customer service representative, ************ was great!! He was very informative of all my options and I got my hard drive fixed when no other company said it would work!! Extremely impressed and will definitely talk to **** again if I ever need help with a hard drive again.

      I highly recommend ************* Recovery Services! My hard drive crashed and stopped connecting to my computer. If it wasn't for their help, I would have lost 5 years of photography! They made it super easy to ship the hard drive and they were super quick to diagnose and recover the files. Thank you again for being amazing!

      I worked with ********************* and had an excellent experience. He was extremely patient in answering all of my questions and concerns, was able to recover all of the data lost on my laptop, and ship it back to me all in about 2 weeks time. They also had reasonable pricing compared to their competitors. Would highly recommend them if you are experiencing a failed laptop!

      After the failure of a phone protection bag in the ocean destroyed her ******* Galaxy phone, my pregnant wife was distraught about her lost photos and videos. I reached out to Secure Data Recovery and they were immediately confident in their ability to recover the phone's data even with the severe corrosion caused by the Caribbean Ocean. **************** kept me updated on status through the multiple attempts to recover the data. It took some time, but in the end, all requested data was recovered, bringing much joy to mom, dad, and their new addition!
