      Thanks to SDR for recovering of my data. Crashed drive with several years of business reports. Drive was damaged, local shop unable to provide any type of recovery, but SDR went through and was able to save about 97% of the data on the drive. My **************** guided me through the process which was very professional and methodical, step by step. Process played out exactly as **** stated it would, other than I got it back a little bit quicker than I expected. Hopefully I will not have another lost data issue, but drives are mechanical things and they fail and if it happens again, will be calling **** and SDR. Thanks.

      WD NAS Drive stopped functioning, and Secure Data Recovery diagnosed the issue and expressed confidence in data recovery. I like the "no data, no fee" proposal and was able to view the recoverable data before approving the work. The data was recovered and am awaiting receiving the folders.

      I had a power surge on a HDD that holds our family videos.       Back in 2019, I was trying to rush out of my apartment in ************ to get into my car to help a friend with COVID and while doing so, accidentally dropped my external hard drive from my backpack. I didn''t even think that it will cause all my data to be completely unreadable when i came back to it 4 months later. Knowing that there was a lot of sensitive data with birth of my children etc...I decided to open the lid myself to repair the "clicking" sound. After few weeks of unsuccessful attempts, I took it to a professional computer store and not sure what they did to it, but it was returned to me as "unreadable". I finally found the *** team here in ****** and the process was explained to me very well, and my privacy was guaranteed, but the price was hefty and i was not ready to spend that much amount so soon. I requested a cheaper option, and after a few days, ECO package was offered to me with significant discount. ********, ****, *****, what a fantastic team it is. They were not only extremely professional, informative, understanding (this is a big amount for a student you know) but also, most importantly, very very patient with me and my wife. They also accommodated with the credit card that did not work the first time etc...and overall just a fantastic experience. I hope I will never see them again, BUT, if I have to, then I know who will come for the rescue!I will 100% recommend Secure Data Recovery for all your LOST DATA problems.**********

      My hard drive crashed many years ago, and I had put off trying to retrieve several years worth of family photos because I didnt have much hope that trying would even work until **** explained how the retrieval process works, and it actually made sense to me.       I would first like to personally thank ****** for his assistance from our first conversation through the entire process of the recovery of my data. I had just purchased a new 4TB external hard drive to begin backing up my original 1TB drive along with several thumb drives. My efforts were a little late as the day before the new drive arrived my original 1TB would run but stopped be recognized by my PC. I had several files with varying importance to me on the original drive, but most importantly was the MP3 files that numbered more than ****** which took several years to convert from my original CD collection used for my DJ business years ago. They were able to recover 99% of my data a feat that is truly impressive. I first tried a local business with no success. I then contacted a total of four recovery businesses' prior to choosing Secure Data Recovery, I am firmly convinced I made the right decision for numerous reasons. Again thank you so much.

      After trying a few other locations that said my M.2 SSD drive was dead after receiving an error upon start up, I was advised to try Secure Data Recovery and I am extremely glad I did. They were very professional, prompt and kept me in the loop of the whole process. I sent my drive in and within the next day or so, I had an update they figured out what the issue was with my drive and walked me through my next steps and within days, I had my new drive uploaded with my data recovered and saved! Nearly 20 years worth of data was on my drive which I had some backed up and Secure Data Recovery and *************************** had saved me and my data! I could not have been more pleased with their prompt service and expertise with my family photos, files and personal documents and all my documents and photos for work as well. I highly recommend anyone if you are needing data recovery services, go nowhere than here, Secure Data Recovery! You will not be more satisfied and happier than here!
