      I am very satisfied with Secure Data Recovery Service and ***************************, who was pleasant and professional and he kept me informed during the process. Although the Sata hard drive had a Damaged Partition/Boot Sector Corruption and electronic chip issue, my data was successfully recovered and quickly returned to me. It is great to know that there is a service available with key people like ***** to assist. I strongly recommend Secure Data Recovery Service to anyone in need of data recovery.

      we had a power surge on a HDD that holds My company data and our server had a hard drive crushed. I reached out to Secure Data Recovery to see if they could assist. Helped me throughout the whole process from quote to shipping in the drive, and getting the recovered files back to me. He was patient with all my questions and provided excellent customer service. I would recommend using their services.

      Awesome customer service with a 100% **********************! ***** and **** both communicated well and were awesome during the entire process. I was a little wary as I work closely with IT at my company and had somehow managed to corrupt my hard-drives firmware (I think I managed to somehow delete the admin account). They were able to rebuild the firmware enough to recover the data and put it all on a new hard drive for me. Would definitely recommend to anyone who needs assistance recovering data from a hard drive.

      Thought I had lost everything when my drive failed called and spoke with *****, his knowledge helped put my mind at ease. I decided then to go ahead with Secure Data. He kept me informed throughout the process and once the project was complete I was notified by ***** that all my files were recoverable. I am very pleased with the service and I''m very excited to receive my new hard drive with all my data. At this point of the process I would highly recommend Secure Data.

      Scotts knowledge, prompt follow up and communication is why I decided to go through Secure Data to recover my pictures and videos from an external hard drive that malfunctioned. Once the project was complete I was notified by e-mail of how many files were recoverable and how many were not. I am very pleased with the number of files recovered and I'm very excited to receive my new hard drive with the recovered pictures and videos. At this point of the process I would highly recommend Secure Data.
