      Secure Data Recovery was able to salvage files from my NAS, even when I didn't know much of the technical information about the drives or the data. They were extremely professional and flexible when guiding me through the process, and they always kept me updated with what was happening. I will definitely be returning next time I have some lost data.

      Out of the blue, my SSD just died on me and I needed some excel files I had been recently working on. Not having experienced this before, I didn't know what to expect. ************************* was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable and walked me through step by step what the process entailed.       I was very happy with how I was treated from this company. I was in a pretty unique situation and ****** took the time to be a good listener, as I explained more than once how the shipping takes place where I live. The company did the best they could with what they had to work with, on one of my external drives. Quite a bit of data was retrieved in spite of what they were presented with. I would highly recommend this company.*****
