  I contacted SDR to ask about repair/recovery options for an external hard drive I messed up. ***************** facilitated a pick-up of the drive at my home and SDR began the assessment on it very shortly after they received it. *** stayed in contact throughout the entire process, and answered all of the questions I had. He explained the process, the expected turnaround time and likely outcomes very well.I was very nervous about sending my hard drive to someone I didn't know, but *** put my mind at ease. My hard drive contents arrived on a new secure drive, and my defective drive was returned at the same time. As far as expense goes...the price was worth it to me. Was it cheap? No. Did they recover ALL except ONE file of mine. Yes. That's well worth the money to me. The reviews speak for themselves. This company is legitimate and these folks are top notch. I'll definitely call on them again if the need arises.

  I was convinced I had lost 20 years of valuable data. My personal efforts only produced frustration. Some people I contacted led me to believe I should give up.   ***** did a great job guiding me through the entire process and regularly following up to ensure everything was taken care of. The data was recovered and the process was easy. Very professional. It's also hard to find companies these days with this type of service but ***** made me realize there are still companies out there that excel in service! Would easily use them again.

  **** provided great customer service and was very helpful with questions and communicated along every step of the process. My phone had unexpectedly crashed and would not turn back on. I had first brought it to a local repair shop that was unable to recover any data. Secure Data Recocery was able to quickly diagnose the issue and recover all of the data I thought I had lost.

  I reached out to this company in the hopes that they could recover data on an old phone that I had someone replace the inner workings of. They called me almost immediately letting me know that the data might be unrecoverable but that it was free to send it in to get checked so i did. They checked it out and let me know that, unfortunately, the data was not recoverable. I appreciated that they didn't lead me on with false hopes of getting photos that were long gone back and they responded to me quickly and professionally. Their diagnostic test was also completely free and they recycled my old phone as well. I truly appreciate the level of professionalism that my account representative, *********************, gave me with his prompt responses to my questions. If I do have another device that's in a salvageable condition, I will be sure to work through them again.
