      Above and Beyond! Thankfully, I found Secure Data Recovery, and just in time. After my disappointment at a local Tech store, I found Secure Data Recovery Services. They recovered my data, but more importantly, my family photos! They made it easy for me to ship my very old, and extremely large external hard drive. In no time, I received a new drive with all of my folders, files and photos! *************************** was my representative and has the most exceptional customer service skills. **** explained everything, communicated with me throughout, and addressed all of my concerns.       While I was disappointed that the data on my iPad was not recoverable- I believe that if anyone could have retrieved it, **** and secure data recovery could have done it. They were very clear and quick and did not charge me anything not even the shipping to them and back.

      I thought I was doing a good thing. I started backing up all of our old photos, taking them off of old phones, cameras or computers. Everything looked good, until intentionally to print a couple pictures and to my dismay I couldn't access my photo drive. I contact Secure Data, ***** is my personal rep, he has been great. He is ver prompt and asks lots of questions. Their whole goal over at secure data is to recover your lost products 100% I can say with satisfaction that they not only recovered my pictures but did it in a timely manner with no complications.       Sat down to do some video editing when my hard drive bit the dust. I had family videos, music/movie projects, and pictures from the last 20 years on it with no back up.
