      I agree 100% with all the 5 Star Reviews on the *** site. In addition, everything *** states on their website is true. If my representative was ever unavailable to talk, there was ALWAYS someone who would answer the phone and research my case to help. No wasted phone calls & *** always replied to my emails. Everyone is patient, professional and just really nice. When youre panicked & stressed and trying to think through ***************** its nice to feel like someone totally understands what youre going through and at the same time knows the solution and everyone at *** does both!       After finding out my external drive wasn't working and with no backup of anything, I was quite devasted. I was referred to Secure Data by a friend who also had a successful experience.       I thought that my files were gone for good after my external hard drive started making clicking noises. I submitted a quote to Secure Data Recovery Services, and I am very glad that I did. They got back to me right away, and provided a steady stream of updates as they examined the drive and worked to recover the data. Even though all I stood to lose were some personal files and reference material for school, my representative provided an exceptional level of care. He and the technicians were able to recover all my most important files from a badly scratched drive, and even worked with me to negotiate a level of service appropriate for my budget.
