      My external hard drive filled with all of my files, photos, and work stopped working and I had no idea what to do. I turned to Secure Data Recovery and their great customer service and professionalism made me feel confident that they would do their best to help. They updated me frequently and were very transparent about the whole process. While ***** was my main contact there, if I called and spoke to other employees they knew everything about my case and were very helpful and kind. I appreciated their updates, rapid work, and expertise!

      I have a 30 year-old ******************* Firm in *******, Reliable Residential Services. I had an extremely old **** PC running Windows XP using a 2007 version of QuickBooks containing well over a decade of data, Invoices, and other client info that unfortunately, wasn't backed up. After a MAJOR PC *****, I tried to recover my data using a couple of local computer repair vendors with no success. Lucky for me, one of them recommended sending my PC off to Secure Data Recovery. They packed it up and did this for me at NO CHARGE (from Secure Data.) And I'm sure glad I took their advice! The professionals at Secure Data were able to take care of my problem and recover my data in an expeditious manner at a reasonable cost.       Very happy with the customer service I received. My Specialist was ***** who was on top of it and very throrough in helping me retreive a 42TB raid array where 2 drives were fatally corrupted. It was very stressful before I had called, but once it was in their hands I could tell everything was going to work out. and it did! very happy with my experience overall.

      Secure Data was able to provide a quick turnaround on the recovery of our old iMac hard drive that had been sitting idle and unusable for years. I was able to drop our media off locally and not worry about shipping, and all communication with their team was prompt and professional. Thanks folks, you really helped us out of a jam.

      ****** was very kind and even with some unfortunate news with one of my hard drives, they were still able to fix my second one. My only one suggestion is not with ******, but with the website, as the prices don't mention that they are in American prices, as I'm in ******. Other than that, everything has been great and if I need to ever have work done again, I'll be calling ******.
