      Secure data recovery was able to help me when I thought I had lost my files permanently. They provided great customer service, were in constant communication, and made me feel like my files mattered. I cant thank them enough for recovering my data!

      Secure Data Recovery was recommended to me when I was looking for a company that could help me restore data from my work hard drive that unfortunately got damaged.**** was my point of contact and he helped me and stayed in communication with me throughout the process! He explained to me the extent of the damage with my hard drive and kept me informed on the progess of the data recovery. While some important files were lost, the engineers were able to retrieve over 70% of my data. If anyone else I know ever has the same ordeal that I went through, I will definitely recommend them to use the services of this company.

      I had an external hard drive that had been dropped and damaged so that the data could no longer be accessed. ********************* was assigned to my case and from our first contact he was very friendly and professional. **** explained the process very well and I understood the risks and probability of success. **** made the process very easy and low stress and was able to recover the majority of the data in a timely fashion. I will absolutely reach out to **** and Secure Data Recovery in the future if needed.

      My USB drive died on me, and I suspected the controller had died and that, if I was lucky, the data was still on there. I mailed it in and had that confirmed by SDR from their free diagnostic. While shipping took some time, the diagnostic was quick and I received an email promptly with the details and several options to continue. While the recovery was pricey (and took about 1.5 weeks because I used the cheapest tier), I do believe it's fair given the amount of work reconstructing data entails. Obviously YMMV based on the specific problem you encountered, but they had 100% recovery for my files as well.**********, as well as a different rep I talked to briefly about the invoices, was incredibly helpful and courteous even when ***** had briefly misplaced our package and had the data held in case they couldn't find it. Thank you so much, **** and the engineering team!

      6+ years of collected forms, templates, projects, and invaluable data related to work was lost after my drive sustained damage. My Data Recovery Specialist, *****, was beyond patient and helpful in not only the recovery process of my drive, but in also answering questions and cutting through the "red tape" that follows when working with a state agency/government position. Though the hard drive had sustained physical damage the team was able to recover 100% of data lost, including files I had since forgotten were on the drive.       I came to Secure Data Recovery with an external SSD that experienced a severe hardware failure. The drive contained several years' worth of family and school-related media and documents that I needed. Not only did was Secure Data Recovery able to successfully reclaim all my data in perfect condition, but they also were incredibly accommodative towards my budget. I didn't have much money to spend for the service, but my account representative was able to work with me to create a plan that I was able to proceed with. I am incredibly thankful for Secure Data Recovery.

      They helped me recover my files from an external hard drive that's been broken for a couple of years now. They got my external and diagnosed it pretty quickly. They were easy to work with between the online portal, phone calls and email.
