I placed my order on November 13 (Order number ****** and was provided the tracking number for my package. I received notification my package was out for delivery in Eagle River, Alaska.
I live in Rolla, Missouri. I'm attaching my order confirmation showing my address. I am also attaching the tracking update showing delivery to Alaska.
I requested an update on the status of my order. I stated that if I am not going to receive my item, then I request a refund. I have emailed the company several times. Ordered Nautilus Lifeline GPS Radio through Lamouren.com 11./14/2023. Order #***** for $84.64. A tracking number was provided *************. Tracking shows item delivered to city in Alaska.
I live in Florida. When searching the account through which it was paid a different vendor name appears as "Bookishbunnypillow". This website is STILL up and STILL selling the same item for the same price. I believe they are scamming customers. Tracking shows item delivered from China to LA to WA to AK where it was delivered 12/12/2023. Email was sent to the one provided AND the number provided does not connect; no ringing, no message . . . . nothing. I hope no-one else is scammed by these people.Initial Complaint

On November 6, 2023, an amount of $75.51 was debited from my account to Bookish Bunny Pillow, which reflects the exact amount of a six-foot life size singing Santa Claus we ordered. This item was never received and attempts to contact the vendor (Lamouren) have been unsuccessful. The telephone number provided on the website does not exist and the email address provided does not respond to our requests for information. I feel embarrassed for having been scammed by this entity and encourage others to research businesses before parting with their money.. I followed the tracking status only to see that my order was delivered to an undisclosed address in Hoosick Falls, New York on 11/15/2023, which is not my address -- I live in Charlotte, NC.
I have attempted to contact the company via email multiple times with the details of the tracking and delivery, and have requested either a reshipment or a refund, but have received no response to any of my inquiries.

Hello,
I ordered a Christmas tree. I have not received it in the mail and ordered it on 11/10/23. I called, emailed the company and checked the tracking. When I call the number is out of order. I have not heard back from email. The tracking number is not very helpful and does not tell me where it is.
I would like a refund. This is not a dependable company and appears to be a scam.

Purchased 2 artificial Christmas trees. these apparently were delivered however in hawaii according to the tracking. I cannot contact anyone at Lamouren via email or phone nor through the website connect. The order total was $160.74. Documents attached is the initial order that clearly shows the address for the delivery and then where it appears to have been delivered instead.
