Purchased a 7 ft inflatable yard decoration on 11/25/23 that I never received. I tried to contact the company many times and never received any response. They sent information to my bank that said they delivered earrings (which I did not receive). The information they sent my bank had a USPS tracking number which I looked up and it is waiting for merchant to create a label. The phone number listed belongs to a random person. I am attaching a copy of the original order as well as what the company sent to my bank that they say shows merchandise was shipped.Initial Complaint

This is the third time I've reported this to the BBB, and I have nothing from you about my situation. December 26, 2023, I purchased A 58"african american Mrs. Santa Claus from Lamouren for $80.37 and never received my order. The order # ***** is what I was given and promised delivery within 3 weeks and as of today I have received nothing. I have tried to contact them with the email address on their website and they never respond. The telephone doesn't work. I know I will never get a refund. My question is why is this website is still operating and continue to cheat people out of their money. Whatever you have to do , this fake business needs to be taken down so they stop stealing money from people.Initial Complaint

1/27/2024 I placed order #89621 for Master MH-30T Kerosene/Diesel Forced Air Heater for $67.19. Email received says the product was received and I have received nothing. This charge was placed on my credit card. I would like to get my money back AND SEE THESE CROOKS PROSECUTED AND PUT OUT OF BUSINESS. I ordered this product, order number 86600, on January 8th, 2024 and expected delivery no later than Jan 30th. Attempted to call the company, number on their website does not work, emailed them 4 times via their website and a return email from them, ******************, but no replys. Purchased an Incandescent Aspen Green Fir Artificial Christmas Tree from a company called Lamouren in the amount of $74.88. Was notified at time of purchase it could take up to six weeks for delivery. When I went to track order, I identified that it was being shipped to Alaska. That prompted me to do some investigation about my order. I identified that although I purchased the product from Lamouren, my card payment was processed under the name of Bookishbunny. It was also processed through a company named Stripe. I realized I had probably been scammed. I looked up Bookishbunny. See attached Alert provided by Bookishbunny noting that their name was being used to scam people. I then checked BBB site, and saw that others had complained about not receiving their product and it being sent to Alaska. I then sent Lamouren an email on 1/11/24 requesting a refund/or product. I have had no response from the company. I don't know if you can assist in getting a refund, but I also wanted to put others on notice of this company's fraudulent activity.Initial Complaint

At the end of December 2023, I placed an online order with Lamouren for two heaters as advertised. I received an acknowledgement and a shipping confirmation on January 2, 2024. Tracking access followed some time later through a service I had never heard of. I requested the name of the carrier but never got an answer. After waiting almost three weeks for delivery, I attempted again to navigate the tracking website. My package was delivered to an address in Puerto Rico instead of to my Houma Louisiana address. I am still waiting for a response from Lamouren. Their telephone number does not accept calls. Lamouren does not respond to email. My order Number is *****. sept 18th, This company mailed my package to Alaska and then provided my bank with some false information that the item was delivered to my address. I disputed the transaction with my bank in my bank said the merchant provided them documentation proving that they gave me my purchased item.
