    Ordered a 6' tall nutcracker from Lamouren, Charge on my card said BOOKISHBUNNYPILLOW.
    Called my CC company to try and stop transaction and they gave me a phone number of ************ and I called, and it is a man's personal cell phone and he said he gets calls all the time for this company scamming people. This company is fraudulent and stealing from people.

    I ordered a suitcase that was never delivered. I tried calling the number but it is disconnected. I’ve sent several emails but have not received a response.

    I ordered a 6 ft animated Santa and my credit card was charged the correct price of $75.51
    it was shipped Oct06 with delivery within 6-15 days. Shipping # ************* says it was
    delivered to the post office box in Alaska on Oct 16, 2023. I have emailed for an explanation and have not received an answer, the phone number on the Website is not working.

    This is a drop ship fraud operation - they took my order, and provided a fraudulent delivery to different address. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE.

    And received a confirmation of order from LAMOUREN.COM - Order ***** for an anamated Santa 6’ tall for $75.51 usd. I have not received item nor have I been able to get a reply back from Lamouren.com

    I ordered 2 artificial Christmas trees. Once the order was confirmed it said my state for my shipping address was NC and I’m in SC. I emailed no response. Now this fake tracking # says it’s been delivered to a PO Box in Alaska. Wish I had saw this before I ordered. I’m out $136.

    Order ***** placed 12/27/22 never received - inquiry emails not responded to and contact phone # on lamoiren web site no longer in service - 88.97 paid requesting to be refunded - web site should be shut down

    I placed Order #*****, I am supplying a screenshot attached. I never received my order and they charged me for it! They sent me an email that the order was shipped and they gave me a scam tracking number. I reached out to them multiple times via email and no response, I tried to call them and the number is disconnected. I really want my money back at this point!

    Item Purchased * 7.5' Dunhill Fir Hinged Artificial Christmas Tree with Multi-Color Lights 7.5'

    I made the purchase. They sent me a tracking # and told me it was delivered. It was not delivered to me and according to the Wittmann USPS the tracking # was to a different address and only weighed 4.41 ounces. My tree should have weighed 50 lbs. I tried to get in touch with them at least 4 times to no avail. Verizon tells me I cannot complete my call as dialed even when I put a 1 in front of the number. I would like the tree or my money back.
