    We're sorry the speed of our processing and payment was not as quick as you wished. We received your package on Tuesday afternoon, and the payment was issued on Friday afternoon - probably just after your review that same day. Your books came in during our busiest week of the year (Back To School season). During most of the year we are able to get it done a day or two quicker. We will work to improve our turn-around time during the busy season.
