    Textbookrush was simple, fast, and reputable. Unlike other sites where you have to pay a subscription, this site is free. Textbookrush instantly sends a quote. You may choose to accept. They send you a free shipping label. All you have to do is box up your books with the shipping label and send them away. After they receive the books, they sent the money in a couple days. I will use them for the future.

    Their description did not specify if the book I wanted to sell back to them had to be paperback or loose leaf version (And the two had the same exact isbn numbers) so I contacted the support email they tell you to reach out to to double check if my loose-leaf version would be accepted. Their response was a cookie-cutter template - telling me that the photos I had attached could not be reviewed and that I'd have to send the book over for them to decide if they would accept it. I responded to them re-iterating that all I needed to know was if they ACCEPT the loose leaf edition of the book, and that the pictures I had attached were only to prove that the book did in fact have the same isbn as the paperback. They then finally responded stating that they only were accepting the paperback version of that book at this time. I don't appreciate my time being wasted and I hate to think that they would have had me just send them a book they would not accept, because their rep did not bother to read the email I sent them. All of this could have also been avoided if their book listing clarified that it was only the "paperback" being accepted and not loose-leaf versions. Also, if they don't accept loose-leaf books in general, all they need to do is add that to their FAQs. Maybe other people have had better experiences with this company, but my experience just left me with a bad taste in my mouth.

We've reviewed the situation and see that we definitely could have provided more clear information (both online and via email). We apologize that we did not recognize the ISBN issue earlier and provided more assistance. We do feel that a fair amount of the confusion and frustration rests with the decision of the publisher of this book to use the same iSBN on different editions/versions of their book. This is rare, and not one we have any control over. Please email us if you wish a further explanation of the issue. We'd appreciate the chance to redeem ourselves.
