    I had a $35.00 book sale. I downloaded the shipping label, and dropped it off at *****. A couple days later i received a message from Fedex "improper paperwork". After that i havent heard a peep from *****, books are gone, and the money is gone...

    Our website is for US-based customers, and it appears you are outside of the US. The tracking on the FedEx label shows that it was dropped off at a store in Alberta, Canada, and without the proper US Customs paperwork it was returned to the address on the label. However, it appears that the address you provided is for an island in the Mediterranean. We simply do not know where the package went since it was shipped using an invalid address, but suggest you contact the store you used to ship the package.
