• Advertising Review:

  On July 27, 2025, The Better Business Bureau (BBB) contacted the business regarding multiple advertising concerns on its website.
   
  According to BBB Code of Advertising, The primary responsibility for truthful and non-deceptive advertising lies with the advertiser, who must be prepared to substantiate any objective claims made before publication. Upon request, they should present such substantiation promptly to the advertising medium or BBB.

  The business is advertising "Family Owned and operated for over 50 years" and "Fully Licensed and Insured", According to Section 1. Basic Principles of the Code: Advertisements should be truthful, sincere offers to sell. Advertisers have a responsibility to have substantiation for all claims made and should be able to provide that substantiation upon request.  All advertising that may mislead or deceive consumers should be avoided. The BBB requested substantiation regarding their time in business, licensing and insurance. According to the Ohio Secretary of State, the business was registered as a Domestic Limited Liability Company on August 8, 2022. 
   
  The business is advertising "Satisfaction Guaranteed", According to Section 20. Warranties or Guarantees: when using the term “warranty” or “guarantee” the advertiser should clearly and conspicuously include a statement that the complete details of the warranty can be seen prior to the sale which could include putting it on the seller’s website. Advertisers should disclose any material limitations on a "satisfaction guarantee" or "money back guarantee" and define, for consumers, the meaning of claims such as "lifetime guarantee." The BBB requested substantiation and the business has failed to respond.

  The BBB also requested substantiation on the advertisement "250+ Five Star Reviews". According to Section 30. Testimonials and Endorsements: Advertisers should ensure that testimonials and endorsement are not misleading and represent the current opinion of the endorser. A consumer endorser’s experience should reflect what users generally achieve, unless there is a clear and conspicuous disclosure of what the expected results will be.   Advertisers should not include claims in testimonials that they themselves cannot make and support.

   

  To date, the BBB has received two consumer complaints that was closed as unanswered. As of August 8, 2025, the business has not provided substantiation, discontinued the challenged claims, or modified language regarding these advertising concerns or provided a response to the unanswered complaints. The BBB will continue to monitor.
