    In August 2024, I engaged Williams Home Improvements for repairs to my roof, gutters, and fascia boards. Assurances of their capability were provided by **** ***** *** ****** ******** prior to my payment, in check, of $3316.44, on August 26th or 27th, 2024. Following check being talen by ******, scheduling was to be coordinated by the office. Communication records indicate no contact until a missed call on September 27th, 2024, to which I promptly responded via text as advised in the voicemail from *****(the office). Subsequent attempts to obtain repair information from ***** proved unsuccessful, with repeated unfulfilled promises of follow-up. In October, I contacted **** and ****** regarding the lack of communication, again without response. On October 22nd, 2024, ***** informed me the repairs were postponed until spring 2025. A March 2025 conversation with ***** indicated a mid-to-late April start. Despite understanding weather-related delays, the consistent lack of professional communication raised concerns about the project's execution. Follow-up inquiries on March 5th, April 8th, and April 10th to ***** for scheduling, yielded again no concrete dates by April 17th, 2025, after multiple requests. On May 5th, 2025, lacking a signed contract and experiencing unprofessional communication, I contacted ****, ******, and ***** collectively. My willingness to proceed ceased upon receiving threatening and accusatory text messages from ******. Due to the unprofessional conduct, lack of communication, and now safety concerns, I request a full refund to secure a more reliable contractor. To which they have refused. An since have not had any contact. My roof is still leaking, causing more damage and I want my money back.

    I paid over $8100 last year as down payment for $12000 roof repair. Work did not take place because of winter weather. Contractor refuses to take my calls at either *** ******** or *** ********. I need work done immediately or a full refund issued. Thank you!
