I placed an online order with this company on June 24, 2025 (totaling $110.25), and still as of today, August 4, 2025, the order still has not been shipped out. I have received no updates on the order, even after contacting the company multiple times. When you try to call, there is no answer. When you e-mail, you do not get no response. At this point, I am simply looking for a full refund back to my original payment method.Initial Complaint

I placed an order in March and it took about two weeks to reach **************************. That was after leaving messages and speaking to a manager. She was very apologetic and seemed grateful so i Placed another order in late June. To date i have yet to get a tracking number or the loved ones package. He is waiting and ****** order from anywhere else because of the weight restrictions. I have left three emails and multiple phone calls with the sales team and customer service but there is no answer and no response back. I have even texted just to see if someone would respond. On the voicemail it states someone will get back to you in 24 hours but its been weeks. There is no way to cancel the order so i can use another site. This is leaving my loved one with no food for the past 32 days. It is wasting his other food because he cannot meal prep because he is unsure of when he will receive his food. Which in turn makes his commissary buys useless. I understand being backed up but communication is key when dealing with people and their incarcerated loved ones and I thought this company understood that! Thought wrong!!!!Customer Answer

Completed an order of food for husband / inmate in the amount of $333.72 on June 24 2025. They definitely completed the transaction and took the money out of my account. I received one email on the 3rd of July saying your order is on its way but no tracking number, only way to track is using shop app which continues to show preparing. Attempted to contact seller multiple times by both emails and phone calls leaving voicemails and no response whatsoever. Its been weeks and no package has arrived and no answer or attempts to either answer my emails or calls. I placed an order for a loved one in the NY state correctional facility on July 1, 2025, and NEVER received a confirmation via phone or email from Wilson Inmate Package program stating that the order has been acknowledged. Their phones are not working hence why they have an automated system stating theyre experiencing high call volumes. If they were legit, we wouldnt be in this site filing a complaint. No response to numerous emails attempting to resolve my matter. I only received one email that seems to be from a grade school kid with bad grammar saying your order will be expedited for delivery.These fraudsters are stealing peoples time and money and hiding their hands. They should be shut down! IMMEDIATELY!!! To date, I have been dealing with my bank to investigate further. My loved one has no food and I am out of money. I placed a food order with this company on January 9, 2025 and was deducted $350.00 from my account on the same day. I was told from their confirmation email about my order that it will be shipped within 5 to 7 business days. I haven't received anything for a couple days so I decided to reach out via email with my order number. on January 14th and I got an email back saying that the package is in the process of being shipped the week ending on the 17th, but still haven't got any updates about my order. Today is January 23, 2025 and I have decided to call their number ************ posted on their website but it just rings out and nobody ever picks up due to "high call volume". I order a package to be send to an inmate from Wilson Inmate Package Program INC. They gave me a tracking number which isnt valid. I contacted them and they told me give it 24 hours which I did. they ask for my phone number so they can call me back. I spoke to a customer service on 11/25 rep and I was informed that they will resend me my package with and they will provide me with a tracking number by the end of the day. I said it was fine. At this time, I have been contacted directly by Wilson Inmate Package Program Inc. regarding complaint ID ********, however my complaint has NOT been resolved because: They sent out the wrong things and I ask no substitution and they send my husband jewish food which he is not. this complaints is the worse I will never order from them again. they wrote on the invoice I would get a partial refund never got it
