      this company is a complete scam... do not fall for this trick. it looks official their letter note: ****** them and find out they are a scam.

      I am glad I read these reviews. I was just about to send money to these people!! It does look like a real document and they make it sound like if you don't send them money you won't get trademark. Thank you.

      There is a special place in Hades for these people.I failed to do due diligence on this company (I had already filed with the ************************ in **************, which IS legitimate). I received an official-looking notice from them requesting an amount of $1,420, which I paid, seeing as my trademarks had been filed recently. My check cleared on 12/16/2022, and then I realized that I had never heard back from them. My curiosity was piqued, and so I looked them up, which I did NOT do (mistake #1 on my part).Upon further investigating, the company is a *** mailbox in Fresh *******, **! When I went to their website, I discovered a few spelling errors (always a suspicious sign) and I noticed that the company, while having a **-based mailing address, was chartered in ******.I do not expect to recover my money. However, I did my part and filed a notice with the **** I contacted my bank and let them know; I contacted the *** ************************** and am now reporting these people to the BBB. (I also contacted a lawyer and am waiting to hear back from him.)This is about all a consumer can realistically do. At least I can sleep now, having learned from this unfortunate (but educational) experience as a consumer and small business owner.
