The nature of the dispute: commercial (?)The business has not yet tried to resolve the problem with me despite me having sent about 10 emails and submissions on their website notifying them of their lack of ability to uphold the contract.

      We received a request for payment for $1420. from WTP Trademark Publication. It is a phony scam. We did not send payment and we hope others can come here and see before they send anything to them.

      WTP Service - Trademark Publication - sent me an official-looking invoice for $1420. They also used my trademarked name and reproduced it on the fake invoice. The format of the invoice makes this look very official and misleading to the average consumer. I am concerned that others may be easily scammed out of their hard-earned money.In addition, ************ on the envelope appears to be French and German, so there may be an international scam happening.
