      SCAMMER> TRIED to report them to Legal Zoom. This company is not authorized to bill for Trademark Registrations, however, sent a letter trying to scam me out of $1470.00. I have no other way of reporting this company because ********** does not take the responsibility to report Scammers. Please SHUTDOWN the scammers. Reference Letter: ******** Application dated 1/8/25 Application Number-********.

      Complete scam. I hired a lawyer in ** to do my trademark and WTP of ********************, must have obtained my information from the public filing.I went to pay the "bill" and did a quick search before doing so as well as sending it to my lawyer. The small print at the bottom forces you into a three year contract and has nothing to do with trademark filing. I have zero idea how these people are still in business. STAY AWAY

      Don't pay these scammers. They should be able to operate a business model that solely solicits to pay a $1470 registration fee for trademarks after they used public information to gain business address information. This is harassment.

      Fraudsters... This WTP firm has issued me a bill for $1470 in a letter that appears to be from an official source. How did this company obtain details about the trademark I applied for on the ***** website? It's possible that the fraudster who owns this *** has some connection or works at the ***** site, which allowed them to obtain this information.

      SCAMMERS ! they are stealing info from the trademark office and sending out false invoices for large payments of over a thousand dollars ! these are dishonest thieves and should have their office raided by police and shut down !

      Uses predatory marketing practices to try to trick consumers into contracting with them. As of August 2024, they send out marketing/spam letters to companies that have just filed trademarks that are intentionally made to look like an unpaid invoice.

      I've received two notices from this company saying I should pay $1,420.00 for publication of a trademark. Fortunately my lawyer alerted me that I would be receiving scam letters asking for money. I hope nobody falls for this scam.

      Shameless scammers. As soon as I used a legitimate intellectual property lawyer to register my company name, logo, and service **** with the US PTO, these fraudsters used the info to spoof an official looking letter. I might have been fooled if not already familiar with patenting and IP. How awful to prey on new small business owners (in my case).
