  SCAM! DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!!
  I wish I had read the reviews before spending over $500 with them. I paid for the premium service so they can help me with my Removal of Conditions paperwork. Everything was normal until I got a rejection notice from the government because RAPID VISA FORGOT to send the check I have provided for them to send with the package. Thanks to this "mistake" I am out of status, and it took them over a month to send the package from the moment they had all the information printed at the beginning of the process. They refused to give me a full refund and only gave me a refund on the "premium" fee.
  When I asked for a refund they send me a page that has their disclaimer "ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. RapidVisa MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO THE SITE, SERVICES, OR INFORMATION, CONTENT, OR MATERIALS OFFERED ON THE SITE OR THROUGH THE SERVICES.
  We make no promises about the website or services we provide, and do not guarantee that our services are right for you. You are responsible for determining whether or not you should use our website or services.
  If you do use our website or services, you do so at your own risk. "
  They are a "do it at your own risk" company that WILL NOT HELP YOU in something as delicate as your legal status.

  RapidVisa MESSED up my dad’s I485 form; most things on there is wrong. I was never asked to review my form before shipment and now the stress I’m going through to correct this mistake is a lot and RapidVisa isn’t helping in any way after paying extra for my application to be reviewed multiple times before shipment. My dad’s name is wrong, my sister’s and my mom’s names and information are also wrong. The more I look at the form the more errors I find. It hasn’t been up to 2 weeks and I’m getting NOTICE OF INTENT TO DENY from USCIS. I really regret not doing this application myself. I called a couple time but all I’m getting is go ***** yourself.

  They outsource EVERYTHING to the Philippines and you can never talk to an American when a hard question cannot be answered. My fiance was denied in her second interview with no explanation and Rapid Visa (Philippino employees)just said "sorry about that one." I did everything they asked. I lived in Africa with my wife for 3½ months.

  This was my last email to RV.
  "dear.. I seeked transparency and when you mentioned over the phone that I cannot petition for my husband I was confused. I have done more than enough research and knew I could petition for my husband. I was willing to invest but your focus remained on me making my payment first before I could get my questions answered. We decided to move forward with a well known lawyer in the country and we have already submitted our petition with expedited documentation. With time I realized that Rapid visa does what I could do on my own and what I wanted was to understand the entire process. I could not do that with a rapid visa since you only submit our documentation and do not actually represent us (like someone who files taxes as a third party) .
  I was not willing to risk a single mistake on our petition being how sensitive this whole matter is. I was also not okay with the reviews I viewed online from MANY sources and decided the safest route for my family and I was to invest in the proper firm and individuals who could represent us the entire way and carry the license to handle all situations. I appreciate you reaching out and remaining consistent, but I have moved forward with trusted sources and wish to no longer receive any communications for Rapid Visa. Thank you and have a great day"
  PLEASE UNDERSTAND RV IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY MISTAKES, THEY ONLY DO DOCUMENTATION LIKE THOSE WHO FILE YOUR TAXES AND BACK THEMSELVES BY A CORPORATE. WORKING WITH USCIS IS VERY SENSITIVE AND THE SMALLEST THINGS CAN AFFECT YOUR PETITION AND SET YOU BACK YEARS AND POSSIBLE DENIAL. THEY ARE NOT TRASPARENT & THOUGH IT WAY SEEM DIFFICULT, THE BEST THINGTO DO IS GO WITH A FIRM OR LAWYER THAT IS WILLING TO GUIDE YOU & BE WITH YOU THE ENTIRE WAY. RAPID VISA DOES NOT DO THIS & DOES NOT PROVIDE THE TRANSPARENCY THOSE PETITIONING FOR THEIR DOCUMENTS IN THE U.S. REALLY NEED. THEY NEED GUIDANCE TO UNDERSTAND THEIR RIGHTS! DO YOUR RESEARCH ALWAYS.

You've brought to our attention a gap where it's unclear to our customer what the next step is when completing the initial questionnaire. We see you completed about 30% of that process so unfortunately it was not possible for us to understand your eligibility for a specific immigration path. However, that should have been clearer to you in our process. We will surely improve that issue soon, as it feels terrible not to know what's coming up next.

  I never once spoke to anyone who was solely “in charge” of my file. After a couple of payments there was no communication with RV until payment wasn’t made when due. I called RV a couple of times still I get the run around but they would be “more than happy to process my payment”. Personally I do not like to pay my money when I have no profess report. Not one progress report. Not one phone call. But to be fair, there was an email sent to my personal email reminding me of payment due. I have ZERO faith in RV and I have asked for a refund several times since they claim to guarantee their work. The guarantee just didn’t include and updates. After bring in this business for as long as they say have they should have gotten it right. I want my guaranteed refund for services that were not received. After my phone call to then today now they are filling up my mailbox with their inane rhetoric. I’m sorry I started this process with them.

  Rapid Visa is not a scam like i have seen on a lot of the reviews on here. Me and my wife decided to use this company to help with her adjustment of status. It is a lot of back and forth about how the paperwork should be filled out but, in the end, we are very happy with the serviced provided. The paperwork was turned in and accepted, also throughout the whole process there were no request for evidence except for the medical paperwork. Which we knew we had to do to complete the application. Overall, it took 7 months from filing to approval which I'm sure it would have been longer if rapid visa didn't look over and make sure the paperwork was correct. It does state they are not lawyers and cannot provide legal advice, but they are very helpful in completing the paperwork correctly so that it doesn't get rejected or you have to responded to multipile request for evidence that will make your case take longer.

  OK this will be the best honest opinion coming from a Mexican American male with Limited computer skills. 1st of all They are not your lawyer Remember that They're not your mother either They go through a lot of stress with ignorant people Asking ignorant questions Stress in the mouth you're human as well. What I find Totally wrong Is that because of all these other people Calling being negative and stupid and forgetting that They do not work for immigration Nor are they there attorney. The person out there Fed up with the Ignorance of other Callers Lose their professionalism Then when a Calm cool collective Call Comes in They are already aggressive Talking really fast Can't wait to get you off the line They won't listen to you they're just trying to get you off the line The only time their tone changes is when you decide just to let it go And get ready to hang up then and only then Their tone changes Very polite and professional thank you sir is there anything else I can help you with And that there's a bunch of bull Because of the missing information they've given me Or half *** information It cost me 6 weeks of my time.and I have to wait tell Monday now6 weeks I can not seem to be able to fill my last step.if a supervise reads this please reach out.further more you have to have computer skills
