    In the beginning of K1 Visa process Rapidvisa was good. Once my wife came to the U.S. the process of Adjustment of status form I 485 has been a nightmare. My wife and I got married once she was here she got all the required vaccinations. It's been over 2 years and Rapidvisa will not submit to USCIS so she can get her green card. We have paid all the money for the filing fee yet Rapidvisa without looking at our file keeps asking for the same information over and over. My wife and I have personally went to the Las Vegas Rapidvisa office on numerous occasions and showed them the emails we get asking for information and the person in the Rapidvisa office confirmed that the information is already in the file. They have also emailed other supervisors confirming that the information is already in the file. Yet nothing gets done. Just more of the same emails. Get sent to me. This has been going on for over 2 years! Hopefully someone with authority from Rapidvisa reads this and gets the paperwork submitted to USCIS. If not then I will be forced to seek civil actions against the company. It's really sad that we have spent thousands of dollars and have to go through this . My name is James ***** Las Vegas NV

    The people at RapidVisa are amazing. They prepared my application to renew my expired Green Card quickly and at a very reasonable cost. Everything looked perfect in their Portal (very easy to use!); however, the USCIS department managed to mess up the application when they printed out the forms and then rejected my application! I contacted RapidVisa, and they immediately resubmitted the forms. The team at RapidVisa, especially Phoemela ****, was wonderful. I would recommend having RapidVisa on your side to assist with any immigration needs.

    This company has scammed me. I pay for a spousal visa and pay for it to be sent to USCIS. I don’t know what I did wrong to this company for them to discriminate against me. I really want a refund but it pass the 14 days. The paperwork has been complete for year and they won’t send it. Really regret using this company

    RapidVisa has been great from the very beginning. The removal of status process took a little extra time but once we gathered all the documents, the RapidVisa team reviewed the packet and gave us an opportunity to review before mailing. Less than two weeks after RapidViss mailed the packet, my wife received her four year green card extension. RapidVisa has been great and we are very satisfied with the cost and with all the help they have given us along the way.

    I'm honestly shocked at all the bad reviews. My experience has been nothing short of amazing! Yes constantly uploading documents and waiting for a review sucks but once that process is done its pretty much smooth sailing. I'd highly recommend this service and boundless to anyone.     More like VapidVisa, because in the end, you won't get anything of use from these idiots. These people suck harder than a supercharged Dyson. Don't waste your money or more importantly time.
    This place danced around actually completing our removal of conditions application for more than seven weeks. We're now past the window opening to file it, and the only thing these jokers have assembled for us is an application full of errors, with the wrong evidence attached. Don't get suckered in like we did -- save yourself the $500 and DIY!

    They suck,and lie, about everything, what a scam. .you ask for your money back because of doing nothing but take my money, every month.they owe me 2000.00dont go to these scam artists. They kept making me send paperwork for 6 months for the first part , which should only take 3 weeks.

    Very good service unless you go with their “premium” service, the specialists don’t take phone calls so you end up playing a game of telephone between the representatives and the specialists. I had a flawless experience with my K1 application and a disaster with my AOS application because I used the “premium”. The only difference between services is without premium you need to print all the forms and documents yourself and send them in. I really think if I could have been able to directly speak with my specialist I would have paid a lot more for the service and been much happier.
