    This company is hard to get in touch with. Wrote 2 emails and never heard from them. I asked for a full refund I brought 3 devices so our family can enjoy the outside. My daughter is allergic to mosquitoes and swelling up every time she gets bitten. This device didn't work. Thank God for Benadryl. Actually I wouldn't give any stars for this company.

    I would have given a zero if it was possible as this company is a complete scam. I have the same concerns and experience as many of the other reciews here. This is not a real company but instead a front to steal money from consumers by providing false advertising on a product that does not work. Extra money is received through shipping and processing that is way higher than any other company would charge. I tried to cancel immediately after I found what I was being charged and sent an email. I was responded to the next day stating that it was too late (10 minutes after my order was placed). Once my order was received I decided to give the product a chance. I had better luck than most as my units charged fully to 100%, None of the three units worked as advertised however in either attracting or killing mosquitoes. These units are useless and the company is a scam. I have sent several emails with no response, even though they responded initially when I was trying to cancel the order. The 30 day money back guarantee is useless. This company needs to be shut down and the owners arrested. I plan on contacting my State Attorney General and the FTC.Don't make the mistake of buying this product and doing business with this company.

    This company sells zappify 2.0 misquitoe eliminator. They do not work. They will not give me a refund. They will not answer e mails. They do not have a phone number. I think.this is a scam. Just a piece of junk

    If you ignore negative feedback until after 30 days, does that mean you can dodge your "30 day Money back guarantee". I purchased 3 Zappify z-20 units for a total of $89.99 which I thought was a good deal until I received the bill and saw I was charged an additional $26.85 for shipping. The package arrived ripped and all three boxes had significant damage. 2 of the 3 units would not charge and turn on. I have tried 3 attempts to email customer service with pictures of the packaging /boxes and request support on how to get a refund or replacement for the broken units. I received one response with a list of "essential usage instructions and troubleshooting tips" as if I didn't know how to charge and turn on 2 of the 3 units. They other two email attempts have been completely ignored. Extremely disappointed with the customer service and the shadiness of this business. "100% Satisfaction Guarantee" is a lie. I wish I would have read the similar 1 star BBB reviews on this company prior to my purchase.

    Had little faith on these mosquito killers, but these ones really worked! ***** with customer service was great help getting the package to my home address. It's a yes for me, you should try them too.

    I ordered a bug zapper from the Sapience Group. They charged me $26.85 for shipping and a $4.99 handling fee. If I would have seen either of these charges I would never have ordered. As soon as I saw the charges, I emailed them to stop the order. They did get back to me in an hour and 20 minutes with an email back saying they would give me half off both the shipping and handling fee. I declined and asked again to cancel the order. 3 days latter they said they are refusing to stop shipment. I will contact my credit card to stop payment and deal with them that way. I would never order anything again from the Sapience Group. If you do, be aware of the high shipping and fees they charge.
