1 starI am a disabled, Senior Citizen on a fixed income. I ordered 3 Tivano titanium cutting boards from Sapience Group LLC. The shipping was outrageous & it cost $ ******. There were red flags including no returns after 30 days. It was a few days after the 30 days. Boards delivered 6-3-25 I sent an email on 7-12-25 explaining that my brother was murdered & I have been working withe the State Police. Therefore,just opened the package. I was not yet aware of the 30 day issue at that time bc I hadnt opened or used the cutting boards. I never used them.The boards I received were previously damaged, scratched & had food residue on them. They were filthy. There was no quality ************** shipped dirty & scratched boards out to unsuspecting customers. The boxes were damaged. As instructed, I sent 6-7 pictures. I will try to attach photos here. For some reason I cant attach photos here but happy to send to you another way. Sapience Group LLC has all photos on my email to them. Tivano said to return them. Shipping is outrageous. I said Im not returning bc I didnt like them, Im returning bc theyre damaged & dirty. **** ( customer service )said they will not send envelope with postage. Then they said I was a few days over 30 days & would not refund me, this is the opposite I was told yesterday in the AM. This am I got routed to **** again in **. She listened for a bit & hung up on me. *** requested that a Manager call but no one did. The Co has My reference number Please help me resolve this & get a $ ****** refund. 1 starI odered some titanium cutting boards on May 16, 2025 and was charged $71.97 by Sapience Group LLc. I never receeved a shipping date or any information about the merchandise.I tried their customer service phone number, and after nu.merous attempts my call would hang up after several minutes of waiting.This is a scam and I want a full refund.Noone should ever buy anything off ********. You never know who you are dealing with and this company is getting rich by its scams.I am a senior cituzen on a fixed income and this is crime. I rate Sapience Group LLC as one if the worst companies I have ever dealt withSapience Group LLC

1 starDo NOT buy from this company! The bottle doesnt clean the water. False advertising. Wont give a full refund, either, want to charge a restocking fee. When attempting to return, I was told I had to pay for return shipping, track the shipment and tell them when they receive it! Its MY responsibility to tell them theyve received my bottle and its time to issue me a refund. And they refuse to give the full refund advertised, they want to charge a restocking fee.Sapience Group LLC

1 starOrdered 3 uvbrite water bottles. I have not received them after 4 1/2 weeks. **************** is terrible. They stated a 20% refund and to resend order that would get to me in 5-7 business days. I said ok.. They never responded after that. Then I sent another email another asking for full refund, they acted like I asked to return and said no since its over 30 days. I NEVER GOT THE PRODUCT TO EVEN RETURN! Very disappointed. I wrote another email today asking for full refund. We will see what happens. I will update this when issue is resolved.But my opinion as of now is stay away from uvbrite water bottle.Sapience Group LLC

1 star************!!! I was charged excessive postage and handling AFTER the purchase which I did not agree to. Dodgy practices, appear to be selling an Australian product however actually comes from an American affiliate company. I requested cancellation of order which was ignored (even before item had been posted). I have requested a refund multiple times all to no avail. How can this dodgy company be allowed to operate? 1 starC*** product C*** ********** wife was tricked, due to a late night info-mercial, into ordering the Zappify mosquito catcher for me. I tried it after it arrived, and it is worthless. I tried contacting the company due to their 30 day full refund. Could not get a live agent, sent numerous emails. Most were not returned, then . they sent 30% then 40% discount offers. I declined all their offers, until finally they sent the return protocol. Then they denied the return because it went over the 30 days.Beware of the this product and company.Sapience Group LLC

1 starThis company is dirty. They have a confusing website that makes it hard to order exactly what you want because it keeps trying to up-charge you and tell you if you go back, you will be charged with additional products but unless you accept the new offer, you can't go forward. I actually quit the website and they charged my ****** account twice. I immediately sent them an email to cancel the order, which they did, but charged me 15% of the order.Scam! 1 starI ordered there product for my husband due to the statements they made about their mosquito zapper product.I ordered in late June, received in July and requested a refund 8-16-24.I was told it was over the 30 days and to try steps they sent to get it to work.Not one mosquito.I want a refund and a free return label.The way they advertise is so untrue and not worth the 50 plus dollars I spent.They should back there product and not get away with this.Sapience Group LLC

1 starIf I could do a zero, I would. I ordered two of these on 7/24/2024. Received them on July 30,2024. Charged them to capacity and put one in an 40 sq. ft. bathroom that I knew there were mosquitos and gnats in. Came back 4 hours later . Unit was discharged and mosquitos and gnats still buzzing around. Tried the 2nd unit. Same results. Emailed the company for a refund. They offered a 30% refund which I said NO to. Offered me a 40% refund. I responded ok to that as I was tired of the back and forth emails. No reply from the company to any of three to four emails I sent to them. Tried calling their number and got disconnected each time I called (3-4).This company has hundreds of BAD reviews. I am just one of the many who got SUCKERED.DO NOT ASSOCIATE WITH THIS COMPANY FOR ANY REASON!!!!!Sapience Group LLC
