    There is no way to contact this company after you order from them. They require you to upgrade at least twice before they accept your order. To order, you must supply your phone number! The product does not work and o have emailed and requested my $152 to be returned, and of course, have heard from them. This company does not seem to be legitimate

    If I could have given a zero, I would have. Stay away from this company!! I ordered two and neither one of them worked. I have been sending emails every week and NO ONE will respond. I want a refund.

    I purchased 3 Zappify 2.0 zappers with warranties from this company for $112.98. I didn't use them but want to return them for a full refund since they are suppose to be 30- Day Love It or Return It policy. I didn't use them because my husband bought another zapper that would protect our whole property, and asked me to return them. I have contacted them by email multiple times to their customer service and no one answers my emails. I just want to return them and get my money back. I wouldn't give any stars to this company, they seem to be a scam company to get your money. Don't buy from them!

    This company and their product Zappify Pro are both a complete scam! I charged the unit and put it out in a mosquito filled yard and it did nothing. I have tried it 3 more times and still got ZERO dead mosquitos. I have emailed them and received no response. I think lighting $53.00 on fire would have been more effective!! (Zero stars)

    One star is a gift, I would have not have given one star if possible. I agree with all other complaints below. The product does not work. I have emailed "customer service" a couple times -- apparently this company has no clue what customer service entails as I have not received a response. I am requesting a refund and if I do not receive one, I will dispute the charge with my credit card company.

    I bought 2 bug zappers for someone else in my family. That person does not need these and I only want to return them, they are NOT used, and get my money back. I need the money back because I cannot afford to just waste it on something we are not going to use. I have sent them many emails and have not heard anything from them. This is not nice. I am sorry to be a jerk and buy something from an ad on my phone. No stars at all for them. SJ/from **

    I have sent 2 emails dealing with the Zappify product and the company has failed to respond. The Zappify Z20 was a total failure and failed to recharge after the first night of use; also, it managed to wound 1 small moth and kill 1 mosquito during its evening on the patio. There is no phone number to contact Sapience Group LLC to arrange a return of the product for a refund, per the 30-day guarantee. The lifetime warranty is worthless if the product is going to malfunction like this since I have to pay for the return shipping to have it fixed every time.

    I tried to cancel this order after I had read the reviews on this company. I was told that it was too late to cancel. I explained to them I didn't want it & as soon as I received it, I was sending it back. Unlike some on here it did show up, & like a slap in the face they offered me 10% of $53.93 to keep the mosquito catcher. I mean really. They are now telling me that I have to pay for shipping to return the item. It hasn't been opened so I am marking "Refused return to sender " & sending it back. What a scam company! You have a guarantee IF you don't open the package. Pray tell how can you know if you can open it & try it out? I hope no one else buys this priduct.

    This is a total fraud! I ordered the products as advertised with free shipping and handling. A couple days later I received an email from them saying i was being charged $26.85 shipping and handling and a convenience levy of $4.99. Several days later I received another email saying I was being charged for the warranty - which I did not request.When I received the boxes they were damaged.I have sent three emails to the address they gave and now three weeks later have still not received any response. I also called the company and it was a phony number.I want to return these items - they don't work - and I want all my money refunded, but cannot get any response from them.Satisfaction guaranteed" is definitely not true! I give them an "F" or "0" rating!If I do not receive any response I will contact the Attorney General. Pat, **

    Horrific company. Three emails so far asking for return info and NO RESPONSE. I cant have PayPal start a dispute because the reasons dont fit. I am so frustrated and will just bad mouth them on the internet now and try to warn others of their fraudulent business practices.
