5 starsI sent in my information for a quote for window replacements for my existing home. I received a call within what felt like seconds after submission. I was able to get a rep *********** that very same day. And the man they sent did a wonderful job. I know way more about windows than I ever thought I would need to know. I feel like I can make an informed decision now. I didnt feel pressured to buy. Which is always a plus with me. My husband and I did end up going with this company. Im very pleased with this decision and I feel like we are getting the best for a really good price. Definitely would look into any other services they offer for future projects we have for our home.Universal Windows Direct of Charlotte

5 starsI asked for a representative to come and give me a quote for replacing all of our windows and sliding patio door. Loved the demonstration of the casement windows, including the mechanical portion, when I asked about Argon leakage I was shown their warranty and given a complete assessment as to why their product doesn't leak. Had a great experience and was not pressured to purchase at all. Given many options for financing as well.Universal Windows Direct of Charlotte

5 starsI had them come out for an estimate, very professional and brought samples for me to see. The best part no hard sales pitch, like you need to purchase this today at this price. I am on a budget so **** is working with me on what I need to have done first or possible the whole house.
