    I have the exact same problem as the other complaints I've been reading about on this company's BBB page. I have never visited this company's site, I've never bought anything from them, I don't have an account associated with this company but I'm being charged $9.00 a month for the past two months. I attempted to call and resolve this issue but an automated voice said "all operators are assisting other customers, please email for a faster response" and then the call hung up. I've tried emailing but haven't gotten a response.

    Today, July 30, 2024, I have a charge in the amount t of $6.00 on my debit card. The description states card on file. I have no idea who this company is, let alone did I authorize them to charge my card! The company is Iconpacks!

    This company took $5 out of my account. I have no idea about this company. I turned my card off. I never ordered or purchased anything from this company.

    I am rejecting this response because:
    I am not going to send any card information to this company. I do not feel comfortable sending info and I have since canceled this card because of this fraudulence charge.

    This company is taking money from my account. since March. The latest is on June 25 2024. Do not have any idea who they are and why I am being charged. Appears to be scammer and wondering how you got my bank info which I will be contacting. I see they they are asking for last 4 digits of card number to issue refund. Wont be giving out because you already have it.

    I had never heard of this business, iconpacker.com, until today when I discovered not one but TWO charges from them that I didn't authorize. The first was 2 1/2 weeks ago for $9.00 and again today for $7.00. I called my credit union and apparently it was charged using my personal debit card so somehow this business or someone claiming to be this business, fraudulently got my debit card information. New card has been issued. If this has happened to you, I suggest you do the same.

    I'm not interested in your refund for something I didn't authorize, my credit union will take care of it. If you really are oblivious, I suggest using that effort in figuring out how it is you're charging all these people for something they didn't authorize. ALL of these complaints are the same and have been going on for quite some time now... I find it hard to believe you have no clue what's going on.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to my complaint, and as a victim to their theft of my debit card and fraudulent charges, I don't want this company to contact me. I want others to know exactly what iconpacker is and how their in the business of stealing debit cards and money from MANY.

    On 12/29/24 at 12:20 am I was billed 6.00 for no reason. The money isn't nearly as much a concern as how these people acquired my check card number!?The card is locked and I'm not giving any more info as I wouldn't trust this company not to just empty my bank account. Is this is a front company used for credit card scams??

    2 transactions, may 21 8.00 June 20 for 6.00 It says my card is on file.How did you get my card on file? Their phone number is completely fake. I put in a fake credit card number and it said my order was found and I will be refunded in 3 days. These people are obviously scammers, how are they on this website and can still operate? Why is nobody reporting this thieves?

    A company by the name of Iconpacker.com. Has taken an unauthorized payment from my **** on 5-31-24 at 1:16a.m. for the amount of $5.00. I don't know how or who used my card info to make this purchase but I never authorized a Payment for this company.

    5/31/2024 8.00 was taken out of my account from this company. I have never ordered anything from them. No idea who they are or what they might be selling. I would like money back and people to be aware of them.

    This company, iconpacker.com continually trying to charge my bank account for services I never received from them. I don't know who they are I have never contacted them nor did I ever arrange an agreement for services from them. I have had to close my bank account, get debit cards reissued, it has caused hours of headaches.

    I am rejecting this response because: your response is an adequate. It was your company that charged my card for services not received. I noticed you didn't include any of the invoice information because it would show that the billing was for my address not somebody using my card. You have tons of complaints on the BBB website. You should be ashamed of yourself for stealing people's money. I can't imagine how many people because it's just a few dollars give up pursuing you. I hope you sleep well at night knowing you are taking money from people.

    I am rejecting this response because: My card info was used by YOU: ICON PACKER , it wasn't hacked as you stated. the charges you posted to my card INCLUED my house address and email addy, so the charge was initiated by YOU: ICON PACKER....not 1 time, but several times. If my card was compromised it would have been used at other places/websites....no one hacks a card to make several $7 and $3 purchases, that was YOU: ICON PACKER. As stated before your BBB page is littered with complaints of fraudulent charges made by YOU: ICON PACKER without peoples consent.
